The first lady.that.was at.desk was very helpful and pleasant
The pool was permanently out.of.order. the one room electric wasn't working properly and staff knew this and still put us in it . Then they wanted us to remove light bulbs which is a safety concern so the plugs would work for charging phones and the TV.
