The only option for parking was valet at $45 a night. Although Mike was great for car service.

The staff, location, cleanliness, landscaping and coy pond. It truly seems like an oasis in a big city.

A little older, but clean & good price. I would stay there again.

The location to restaurants and shopping was very good.

Our room had very little dresser/drawer space to store our belongings. A piece of furniture with more and larger drawers would be better.

Breakfast was not good. Rooms were very small. Bathtubs were worn out. Housekeeping was once three days and even then there were crumbs left behind and dirty coffee cups that were not replaced.

the location was excellent - close to shopping and the beach.

Continental breakfast did not meet my expectations. No decaf coffee, pastries in plastic wrap, grapes for fruit, and nothing fresh or healthy to be found. We reserved 2 king bed rooms and neither rooms were as reserved - both with 2 beds.

The staff were very polite and kind to us.

There were hidden fees that we were not made aware of which is why we canceled the rest of our stay there and are currently seeking a refund.

paid extra for "complementary breakfast" that was just very cheap processed pastries, and did not have any gluten free options available. No fruit, or plain eggs.

I went to check in, and they were out of rooms. So they booked us in their sister hotel with double beds. I reserved a king. They would t change it, didn?t have any kings left and it was late at night.

We needed a hotel because of cancelled flights. When we got there, no rooms were available, they sent us to their sister hotel for no additional cost.

This sister hotel looks like it has not been updated since 1960, the room was cold but it did have hot water - glad to have the emergency room but would not stay for more than one night.

What we enjoyed the most about the hotel its located in Waikiki. Other the location this hotel is One thousand times below whatever subpar standards are for a hotel.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my entire life. The management team of this hotel is racist and does not know how to handle customer relations. The hotel room did not match the pictures, and it was filthy.

Plenty of room, not cramped at all. Included all needed extras including nice, large tv, coffee maker with supplies, frig, microwave, paper towels, silverware, ice trays, etc. Nicely equipped and supplied bathroom. Comfortable bed, alarm clock. Nice deck.

The front desk deserves a bonus. She's very professional and good sense of hospitality.

The hotel is pretty aged, the furniture. The hotel can do well with a face-lift. And the breakfast can be better.

Beautiful entrance and nice staff. Amazing japanese food restaurant right next door, and lots of food/shopping within walking distance.

The breakfast didnt feel like a breakfast. A few options for cold cereal, some pre-wrapped donuts and danishes, and toast. That was it. It was also difficult to figure out the parking as you have to come in on a one-way street. Rooms felt a little dated.

Central location

No lift - we got the White Sands.

The shower area was quite a challenge because of the way the tub is . Especially for my age of 81 to climb over the tub . And the brunch should have eggs or bagels with cream cheese or sausages .

Excellent staffing. Close to everything. Clean rooms.
