Waikiki Circle Hotel by Castle

It was memorable stay, distinguished by its direct beach access and the breathtaking ocean views available from my room. Easy reach to attractions and dining. Love our stay and our room and the hospitality of the staff. We got upgraded for free.

I did not see info regarding an amenity fee & additional taxes with the original booking. Essentially that cost an extra $35.61 per night paid directly to the hotel.

The shower curtain was far beyond needing to be laundered. The dank was overwhelming. 😟 also, while the hotel brochure show laundry facilities available, this is not true.

The employees provided great customer service from day one. I love the location and ocean front view is Beautiful and Clean. Seeing Waikiki beach from your balcony is, Wonderful!!

LOCATION: The hotel is directly across the street from the beach and is in the middle of everything (dinning, shopping, zoo)

No, everything was what I expected. It's not a luxury hotel and if you're looking for that you shouldn't stay here but it was clean, the beds were comfy and for the price and location it was GREAT!!!!

This hotel is in the perfect location on the Waikiki strip. The hotel staff was fantastic and the room was perfect. It was a little on the smaller side but worked out great. Sat on the balcony and watched the sunset and the beautiful ocean.

Parking was so far from hotel. Hotel staff was disconnected. Paid extra for ocean view and was given worst ocean view room.

it is just too old and dirty and the fact that the layout is a circle, no room gets away from elevator noise.

Location and staff. Staff are very nice & quick to respond. Rooms don't have an ironing board/iron; but within a 3 minutes of asking, they were delivered to our room. When we couldn't get the TV to work, a staff member arrived within 3 minutes to fix it.

Pulling up to check in - the drive is a narrow drive on one side of the hotel, making it difficult to turn around in order to exit the drive. The pictures of the room in the advertisement are deceiving; the rooms are VERY small.

There is no where to park. They gave me a map to park at a garage 6 blocks away.

There is no pool. It?s claustrophobic due to the low ceilings. It needs painting. They charge 130dollars for a newspaper and Kerrig coffee????

Definitely the location right across from the beach and very central to everything.

The rooms are small and felt cramped. It wouldn't do well for any large sized person as the bathroom and shower are tiny.
