Staff were excellent--very accommodating and friendly. Did not expect the vast gym facilities including squash courts (with racquetball equipment). Normally would have a ping-pong table as well, but it was "out of order" during our visit. Clean room!

Not really--good location in between the convention center and the waterfront--both of which we visited daily.

Our King Suite was perfect for our four-night stay, with room to relax between family events. The updated hotel was spotless & comfortable in all areas. All staff was consistently hospitable and helpful; special commendation to Treasure,

The Hyatt Centric did not disappoint. The comfortable rooms were only exceeded by outstandingly helpful staff from check-in to house keeping to bar staff.

The only ding I can cite is the shower door needs to be better sealed (easy fix). Else escaped shower water will saturate the provided bath mat. This could be a safety/slipping hazard if one forgets to place the mat immediately outside the shower.

Oversold two-queen rooms and even though I checked in before 4pm, had to get a room with a foldout couch instead of a real bed to sleep everyone. Parking ramp across street didn't have stairs/elevator, had to wheel luggage down the ramp where cars enter!

Quiet, great location, and the staff made everything convenient.

restaurant was closed to dine in and bar didn¿t open till 5!!!! Minneapolis as a whole is a dying city. Was there for the winter classic and could barely find any bars or restaurants open!!! so sad!!

The bed was not comfortable at all. The parking was a joke, I had to park in a different hotels parking garage across the street. The garage was super confusing took me 30 minutes to find my car and had to pay 26$ to park overnight.

Very clean, huge bathroom.

Decor in room was very spare. Odd high windows gave the feel of a basement room. Access to the recommended parking ramp across the street was difficult on weekends. We had to walk up the ramp where cars drive!

The hotel was easy to get to and was close to the stadium. It was clean and had a bar.

We couldn't get checked in on time and it would be nice on nights they have games to have the bar and restaurant open later.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was well maintained and clean.

Everything from the lobby to the room was great.

The parking situation is different. You will pay like typical downtown. But it¿s a little walk to and from the hotel.

Renovated historical site with everything except easy parking. Was a little challenging but worked out well. Wish we had more time there.

Nice location, clean

Room was not properly stocked with towels & cups. Requested another towel, took over an hour for it to be brought to the room. Room was small, ¿view¿ out the window was another brick wall inside the hotel with windows. Similar to a 2.5 star experience.

The bed was really comfortable and I love the Bluetooth speaker/clock.

The temperature of the room I had a hard time finding a comfortable temp for the room with the thermostat. It was either to hot or to cold I couldn¿t find a perfect medium.

I liked the convenience of staying downtown.

The photos online did not reflect the room at all. I was very disappointed about that. The layout was completely different and the larger tub that was photographed was not included. When I asked front desk to change, every room was occupied.

Workout room was awesome! Hotel employee at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. He always remembered my name and greeted me each time she saw me.

Yes, the entire hotel is under renovation and we were not apprised prior to booking. There was a make-shift bar on the fifth floor, card tables for the reception desk, and the elevators were wrapped like cargo haulers. Overall, was a poor experience.
