beautiful! clean! spacious! lots of parking not too far!

downgraded my room without even telling me while i was checking in! Priceline took absolutely NO responsibly & zero sympathy after spending HOURS of waisted time! the hotel refused any refund being extremally callous & lied! a very disturbing experience!

The rooms were great ...

Wasn't clear how much they charge and how much deposit you suppose to leave ..so it was seems that I got charged twice in 2 days ..would be better that the stuff will be more clear about it in check in time. Also water in the shower very low steam

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very clean, has free Wi-fi, free parking, and is only 10 minutes away from the beach. We had a short stay and it was very pleasant one. Thank you Sheraton Hotel!!

The location.

It had ants,crawling on the first night stay there, then a spider on the ceiling crawling the next day. Not good, I'm not happy with that stay.

The rooms were nice. Bedding great, which was very important. Nice decor

I prepaid the room- they asked for my credit card at check in and I asked how much the hold would be for on my card. The rude manager said he couldn’t tell us how much the they would hold my card until they rang it thru. Turns out the hold was $198!!

A wonderful staff with newly remodeled clean rooms at a great location.

I was in a very newly renovated room - absolutely fantastic renovation; like brand new!

We had a conference there and there were some issues with the services for that event.

Everything was great- easy check-in and check-out, awesome room, and plenty of amenities.

The parking lot was small and confusing

THE STAFF WAS NICE & HELPFUL. IT WAS CLOSE TO WHERE WE WANTED TO GO.

OUR ROOM WAS DISAPOINTING,MOLD ON THE BATHROOM CEILING&IN THE SHOWER,THERE WERE A COUPLE OF ITEMS IN THE BR THAT WERE RUSTED,THE TOILET BOWL TANK WAS CRACKED/THE DRAPES HAD WHAT LOOKED LIKE A BIG BURN MARK ON THEM & THERE WAS ABSOLUTLY NO PARKING

Room was luxurious and stylish including a sitting area with a half love seat and an easy chair. Staff was friendly and dedicated to providing good service and comfortable stay

Parking lot not well lit, no electrical outled near bed, strange lobby with large conference table in center

The hotel is being remodeled. The room was very nice, clean and modern.

The staff was really, very disappointing. Not friendly at all. The bartender was rude, so much so that we ended up leaving and not ordering. The pool area was very dirty with no towels. If your looking to enjoy the hotel amenities this is not the place.

Bathroom tile and curtain covered in mold. The room was dusty. Expect more for the high price of the room.

The renovated rooms are beautiful. Access to The Club for snacks and breakfast is fantastic.

I will be so happy when they renovate the fitness center with new cardio machines.

Nothing at all not sure why you had this hotel under 3.5 star cuz the hotel was under construction we were unable to use there pool and everything was broken from the faucet to the shower and our sheets looked as if they were used I didn't complain cuz

Continuation I did not want to ruin my mini road trip with my family do I wanted to let u know not to rate this a 3.5 star there was a water shirt down from 2-4 the noise from the construction was crazy I was truly disappointed
