Sheraton® Princess Kaiulani Waikiki Beach

The room was good. The pool was nice. The hotel was close to the beach. It was a very good location.

Very nice hotel, located very centrally, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Nice pool and bar area, with good atmosphere, and nice facilities.

The price, but it is not easy to find alternatives that are cheaper and with the same facilities.

Extremely friendly staff ready to be part of your Hawaii fun holiday. They want to ensure your happiness! You feel it in their bones. The location is excellent. The property is getting a facelift. Be patient.

I was in one of the remodeled rooms. I can sense if you weren’t then it would be quite dilapidated. The Roof was clickable in the elevator. We went to see but it was a construction zone. ? also we took the stairs down and to go out to lobby the door handle was coming a part and we almost didn’t get out. Lastly, ensure patience with the elevators. I’m okay with that.

The location is very good and with a few minutes walk of Waikiki beach. The menu contains a good range of items suitable for families and groups. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities have been recently renovated and are modern and very clean.

Lifts are in the process of being renovated and sometimes there were long waits to return to the room or get down to the ground floor.The pool was mostly used by children and family groups and not great for couples.

Friendly staff, quick check in and room available early. Great location to beach, shops, restaurants. Room a good size, beds comfortable, large safe, well serviced daily. Good bathroom and bench size. Pool bar, general seating areas all very good.

Lovely hotel with lots of amenities, great location and beautiful room.

I asked for a 30 min late check out and I was told that there would be a charge. Disappointing.

The room was clean. The pillows were obviously of the cheaper brand, as was the bed, although the room was definitely kitted out very nicely. The front staff were polite but not overly friendly except the Hawaiian man who helped us book tours of the island, Kalani I think his name was, a true gentleman. The cleaning staff and the pool staff were delightful.
