The staff were friendly and professional.

First let me say that i travel extensively across the world so I know that places can have bad days but this is way past a bad day.Before I unpack the bad, I have to say this doesn't reflect on desk staff. They were kind and patient and tried to assist us ... but you can't fix what we experienced and witnessed here.Though the last big snowfall was days prior, Parking lot was never shoveled. Cars were stick all over. We had four wheel driveand it was hard to get through. Walkways not shoveled. Even at check in parking, cars were getting stuck in the turn around. I Almost fell when entering door from parking lot after checking in. The Wet floor was buckled up.First room was dirty, curtain stained; mattress was open to.springs and a spring popped off on floor, non smoking floor and room smelled like Marijuana, cigar and all sorts of smoke. Fire detector had a plastic bag over it (i assume previous person did that to keep it from going off when they smoked). I have asthma so smoke is a no no.Second room took 4 attempts back and forth to desk to get a key that worked, finally on 5th try, management came up, still key didn't work so they left us with the one master key and asked us to bring it back after we looked around and they would give us a third room if needed. The second room bathroom tub was filthy with mold around edges. By this point, we were done.Besides all this, the other areas of hotel were in bad shape too. Also, hallway to elevator was dark and creepy and unsafe ( you should be able tp see where you are walking esoecially since I had almost fallen from the slippery buckled floor inanother area of hotel) . I could say more about why this hotel facility deserves zero. I have more pictures than this app will let me post.

They didn’t have a plow company to clear the snow and when host tried to contact management about the problem they didn’t answer
