I’m very disappointed. it can not be a 5 star hotel. smelly rooms, bad acoustic in the bedrooms, very loud music until 22h30.

Animation team, and the best waiter Pablo who catered to all our needs
There lack of enforcing of the covid rules. Many people were breaking the rules of no masks etc and none of the staff were enforcing the rules set. I needed internet for work, I complained to the staff three times and they did nothing. Dispite a few negatives, it was still amazing.
There were many things to do and the staff were excellent.
It needs some updates but nothing too serious that interferes with the experience.
