Good location- rooms seemed recently remodeled
There were lots of buckets to catch leaks fromThe ceiling in lobby. Some of the trim work was pretty worn and bad in main area

Location was great
I found out my cost was double what it would have been if I had called hotel directly. Will not use Booking.com again. I thought it was supposed to help me save money.

It was a nice location
When we got there after traveling from Chicago. The place had no water which I understand things happen but they were not accommodating whatsoever. We were told we were going to get a refund. We did not get a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get the refund. They did not offer us a free stay or any other accommodations. We had to find a hotel quickly before our event started within the next two hours and it made things very stressful. I just felt like if they knew they didn’t have water they should’ve called me ahead of time so me and my husband had enough time to try and find a suitable hotel

This hotel was great! The staff was VERY friendly. The pool was warm, rooms were beautiful and the food was good.

Have stayed here quite a few times now and there has been a maintenance issue every time.

The only good thing was the location and a few free parking spaces
Our rooms (6) were so HOT and humid. 2 of us changed rooms with minimal improvement Not what I expected for the price I paidOne of the rooms was supposed to have 2 queen beds but only had one king. Hotel blamed booking.com
