Value, quality and facilities within the hotel. Shoutout to our bar server for exuberant personality, she was a joy after a long road trip.

parking spaces were tight and perhaps not enough room for all guests. The room I had was chilly and the heating did not work, the best I could get the temperature to was 66 degrees. second, why no clock for a three star property? Really?

The location and the staff was polite. The cookies were good.

The gym was filthy and leaking water in the middle of the floor. Pool was not clean. The room was musty. There was a false fire alarm that woke us up at 11:30pm. Breakfast was not worth the price.

Extremely loud traffic noise that penetrates into the 3rd floor room we occupied.

hotel was nice if it were run better and room was really nice with no carpeting

the staff sit outside and smoke and do not keep area clean. the noise from common area was very loud and could be heard in room

Parking charge

The room assigned to us was not ready , so we had to get another room, no conditioner in shower, and couldn’t get it cool enough.

I didn?t like the smell and the breakfast was not free. The breakfast was not appetizing!!

Yes! Check in put me in an OCCUPIED ROOM. Had to change. Hotel shower had shampoo and soap containers NOT CONNECTED TO THE WALL. Baseboard missing. Children were allowed to play in the lobby, attendant asked them to be quiet once we complained. Not good.

The interior design was very impressive and all employees were top notch with friendliness. Went out of their way.

The bathroom was very dusty/dirty in corners, especially the floor and shower. The bathroom door was very dinged up. It would have been nice if there were a microwave in the room.

Proximity to the river center

Yes. Lots. First off the heat didn't work. Was cold first two nights after telling on day 2 they said maintenance would get right on it. Come back 6 o'clock that evening, no heat. When asked about it again they said the heat hasn't been turned on yet.

Pretty water feature in foyer

The pool was closed. This was the only reason why I booked it. Also the tvs werent working and they couldn't get anybody to come fix it. The outside had trash strewn everywhere. We didn't stay , now I'm being told they didn't issue the refund

Room was dirty air conditioner leaked on to the floor door to room didn?t open very well was broken

The location to the Bix 7 is great!

The AC didn't have enough cooling capacity and ran on high both days and nights to get the room into the 70's. I woke up sweating and didn't sleep well becuase of the noise and lack of cooling.

Good location

No microwave in room, no heat, it looked like it had just been built or not fixed on, cracked concrete or chipped concrete along the wall by hotel, the bed I had looked like it was not taken care of, the edges of my mother bed was not fixed, walls dirty.

No A/c in the winter months even though my stay was March 16th and we have had 80 degree weather already. Room was 85 degrees and had no way to cool it down. Couldn't even sleep. Worst experience in a hotel ever and I travel all the time for work.

Handicap roll in shower head was busted. Difficult to take a shower.

Stayed here several times and love this hotel. Staff is great. Hotel is great. Rooms are great.

HEAT!! We had to leave the window open (as instructed) because the room and hotel was very hot. We were told they installed a new boiler and it needed to be adjusted or something but it was uncomfortably hot.

Everything, spacious rooms very clean and had a beautiful view of the Mississippi River from the rooms window.

It¿s a nice hotel

I went to check in and they said the roooms weren¿t ready so I left and came back 2 hrs later and they said they didn¿t have my room type I wanted and the rooms weren¿t cleaned so I returned agin around 6:30 pm and they finally gave me a different room
