Pros +

• The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good too.
• The property was always clean. Fresh smelling good whenever I walked in or whenever I walk down the hallways. The staff Danielle was very exceptional. When I dropped some items off the luggage card she came from behind the desk to help assist me picking them up. She always greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to find things that would help me after me telling her that I had had surgery on my knee. The housekeeping staff was exceptional as well. They were all very friendly. I do suggest that she may try to get a bar for seating and having a casual drink, if Wonn doesn’t want to go out and have a drink. But overall, everything was nice.

• Some amenities were low or out.
• That it did not have a bar area downstairs or anywhere. Or Coke machine, machines or vending machine machines in a lobby area or on the floors.
• There was an elderly Black man at the reception who was extremely rude to us. While he was friendly and welcoming to other Black guests, his attitude toward us felt hostile, as if we were unwelcome or even his enemies. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I believe the hotel management should seriously reconsider whether such behavior aligns with the level of hospitality expected at their establishment.
