They kick you off lower pool/sun deck in the afternoon so they can expand there outdoor offering for Dukes. We do pay a resort fee !! They have a new computer program on billing and it was double billing charges.

I paid for a room with two double beds, the staff at hotel stated, your rep told me that I had two double beds that it was not put in my profolio that i get what they had. I requested microwave also, did not get that as well. You owe me a partial refund.
While the location was excellent, the front desk staff, particularly one male employee, was unwelcoming and rude. This is not the kind of experience you?d expect, especially given the high rates they charge. There are plenty of better hotel options.

The elevators took forever. Weird operating system that required your room key. Everyone was complaining about how long the wait was and the elevator operating system.
The location is perfect and they have a nice area to relax on the beach or at the pool.
The daily resort fee is high.
Noisy, dirty, inadequately staffed, pathetic gym, construction all around, close their outdoor area at 3pm for dinner. Among the worst hotels I?ve stayed at.
The people at the hotel are fantastic. The hotel itself is an absolute disaster.
The hotel is rundown, the elevator is a joke, the rooms are a 2-star (at best) and the west side rooms are next to the largest air conditioning systems in the world that keeping you awake all night. This was the worst hotel we?ve stayed in 10 years
Proximity to the beach
Terrible room location. 3rd floor, above massive noisy air conditioning unit, view of staff area. Booked partial ocean view, but did not receive it.
The location is perfect for access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and a quick ride to/from the airport.
It appeared rather dated. Also, my room did not have much shielding from outside noise. On a Saturday night there was a band playing on the street until after 9 pm that seemed like it was right outside my 7th story window.

We felt that the room was dirty and old. The bathtub was stopped up and had to be snaked three times. Also, the maid service was terrible and we felt that it was unprofessional. We were literally afraid to walk barefoot in our hotel room
This hotel was worth the money. We were looking for a weekend in Waikiki. We celebrated my stepson's birthday. Enjoyed the Duke excellent food and definitely worth the price. Walking in Waikiki was easy from the hotel. Everyone was helpful and nice
