The location is great. Couldn't be better. The balcony on the ocean front room was excellent and we had great sunset views through the palm trees for the whole trip. The staff was awesome. They had activities for the kids and lived up to the most "Hawaiian" of the hotels we've stayed at.
The rooms were dated. The colors, materials could use a refresh. The elevator system is unique and had a tendency to get overloaded during peak times. I think the appearance of the hotel from the ocean is much nicer than from the City. The City facing facade could use an upgrade to help with branding to match the premium location.

Great hotel in a great location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The views from our room were amazing. We loved the pool area and loved that we could walk out the back of the hotel into the ocean. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent. The Food at Dukes was very good. Service and hospitality outstanding.
With the price you are paying at the hotel, I thought having to pay $18 an hour for a breach umbrella and chair felt excessive and should have been included.

The location is great . Situated in the heart of Waikiki .
The property is very old and in desperate need of a refit which we were told is going to happen soon . Dukes restaurant a popular bar / restaurant is totally overrated the food is either bar or fine dining. Fine dining it is not there are so many other lovely restaurants in the vicinity I would not waste my money there again .

Fantastic staffs, kindly let us check in early after a long flight into Honolulu. Very central location, food, shopping, beach within walking distance. Good base to check out attractions nearby eg diamond head. Comfy bed. Fantastic view of Waikiki beach.
Due to the central location, could be very noisy at night ( cars/super bike noise pollution, party music). Not recommended for people looking for quiet getaway. Unfortunately, the price tag didn’t meet the expectations. Very basic inclusions in the breakfast and evening snacks at Voyager Lounge. Nothing fancy/ posh about this hotel.

The location is very good
It was noisy at night and very busy with the public accessing the hotel for the beach and the restaurants. The hotel is looking dated. The executive lounge has limited opening hours with a minimal selection of food and drinks.

Location! Our room was very spacious and comfortable.
Tiny balcony next to a building with very loud fans. We were on the 15th floor and the traffic was still super noisy. The pool area is pretty crowded.

location is great. views from rooms are great. in house restaurants and convenience stores.
we paid for the Voyager 47 add-on of breakfast and afternoon (2 hr) lounge access. the breakfast was very average. Afternoon lounge was nice, but very limited drinks available and again the food supplied was pretty average. Also, the drinks were only served in plastic cups.
