Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort

The location can't be beat. It's central to all the shops, restaurants, the beach, etc. The room was spacious, clean and wonderful for a family of 3.

Hotel was nice and clean. Customer Service was outstanding. Rick ar the front desk helped us out. He was amazing. Give us a room with ocean and city view. My husband was so Happy.

Very little. Like the airlines, hidden costs never revealed to us beforehand. This hotel was not worth the money and our room was definitely not worth the money. Small with a lanai the size of a queen bed.

No microwave oven in room. Had to pay $10 a day for microwave.

Nothing room quality was horrible, staff was super rude, room was like a matchbox size.

Everything, that was a piece of hole, I was with my kids and they gave me a one bed for three people. Do not stay here, pay a bit more and you can stay in a better place. Picture did not match the room that they gave me.

Fridge that didn't keep things cold and shower in need of repair.

Staff were very helpful

Our room was on 10th floor, but the elevator didn¿t go up to there and we had to Carry our heavy bags. Room was right by the hotel next to us. We had to keep the curtain closed all the time because people walking next building could see our room.

Lovely spacious, clean and modern rooms. Wonderful, friendly staff. Great location.

The location is fantastic, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. This is our third time staying at the Outriggers Reef, and we love it every time!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Was able to get around very easily with out having to rent a car for the short time we were there.

The only thing is that our room has no dresser to put all our clothes in. Just wide open cabinets.
