We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was great, with more space than we expected and a beautiful balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended!

Loved the pool & spa area and the vibe. Loved being able to order food & cocktails around the pool. Plenty of sunbeds to sit. Live music was great. Breakfast at Monkey Pod also very good. Good gym and big rooms too.
Breakfast a bit pricey, beach access better further up waikiki beach.

The hotel was awesome, the staff was very kind and the location was great as well!
The door of the bathroom in the room was a bit awkward to close, I slightly hurt my knee with it when trying to close it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very close to the beach, and there were plenty of fun activities nearby. The hotel also has wonderful shops and restaurants with delicious cuisine. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. We especially enjoyed the complimentary lei-making activity at the hotel — it was such a fun and authentic Hawaiian experience. Everything made our vacation truly enjoyable, and we would definitely come back again!

Good location, nice room and very accessible to the beach/beaches
The wristband bracelets/room access, at times they didn't read them very well. Most of the time it took at least 2 or 3 tries to open our room door and the bathrooms in the lobby.

Great location with easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops.
Lots of corridor noise, loud door closing.

We love this hotel, it is our third time staying there, It meets our requirements for Location, Comfort and pool
No hot dogs for sale by the pool, There were a lot of kids out there you would sell a ton of them daily

Staff is great. Location is amazing. Pool is wonderful. Very close to the beach. Very nice lounge area at the bottom. Rooms are always cleaned. Nice view to the pool.
Sometimes lounch area at the bottom is full in the evening. Would be good more storage/cabinets for clothes. Would prefer electric catle and camomile tea complimentary.
