OUTRIGGER Waikiki Paradise Hotel

Great location in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff members. A shout out to Dylan who does the tours bookings. He was extremely helpful with helping us book tours and sort out transport. Loved the new pool and spa area. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms & excellent amenities.

No big issues however the check-in staff were rude & unwelcoming!

Location was perfect and the newly renovated hotel was beautiful a job well done.

It’s newly renovated and beautiful. Staff were helpful and friendly. Stones throw from Main Street and 2 min walk to beach. Balcony views of city and fireworks NYE.

The pool and spa not working for 2 full days of our trip. The hotel that you can use the alternative pool is at least a 10 min walk through the busy Main Street to get to. The pool was like ice, so incredibly cold. The spa was unbearably hot. This was reiterated by every guest I encountered there. Didn’t make swimming or spa useable or enjoyable. They say a restaurant in lobby, it’s next door and only open for dinner. No room service. No activities like hula lessons or lei making etc that we had at last hotel. For $700 aust I think it was expensive for the venue. No Hawaiian music in lobby. Just didn’t have that magic atmosphere. Last hotel had a band each night, this one didn’t. Noisy with balcony door open.

The renovations had been finished, however the parking garage was closed off in sections for repainting which created a traffic jam every day. I was able to find parking spots, but I also came back earlier in the day and I am not sure if I would have been able to if I came back at night. I think parking should have been discounted during the painting for the real inconvenience.

Good location, close to everything. Hopefully will be great when the extension Reno’s are finished.

At times was dirty, beach towels overflowing in the hallway near the lifts, bins in the public spaces overflowing also.

The cleanliness the floor cleaner was excellent and kept the rooms well stocked with requirements Rooms decorated well

One room had the towel rail behind the door and when opened the door hit the rail bounced back onto handsHot water had to run the shower at least half an hour before the water warmed up

Staff were great and extremely friendly.Was able to store bags on either side of check in and out.Location is great, being so close to everything. Was in a newly renovated room and floor. There are renovations going on in the hotel.Pool was great with plenty of deck chairs and day beds.Nice little small gym with plenty of equpiment.

Parking $50. Shower is "tight" to get into.$$$ for what the room was. It was only for one night

This hotel location is great. It is currently undergoing renovations and was noisy at times. The water was also cut off for a period of time for a day. The staff were very friendly, I just hope they are going to renovate the rooms as they need it. It suited the time were there.

Lack of communication about the renovations before were turned up.
