Problems with trying to check in at the hotel. Didn't have bath towels in my room upon check in. Refrigerator didn't work in the room. Bathroom light was flicking off and on while in the shower.

The shower was prolly the best. Great water pressure.

The wifi would not work on the 3rd floor.

Nice location and staff was great

There no plug end accessible to thing like phones and tablets my husband has a bi pap to plug in as well

The room headboards were filthy with u determined residue! Small room with no chairs or places to place additional luggage.

fair price. Convenient in McAlester. Breakfast offered.

Breakfast, although reasonable for price, was not a great offering missing fresh fruit, and having only highly processed egg dish. If not too picky the choices were reasonable, but I couldn't rate it highly. Compared to no breakfast however it was good.

Staff was kind

The staff did try to fix all the problems as best they could but I still had to wait several hours to move to a new room. Was given email address to manager but yet to hear back. Was not nearly worth what I paid.

It was a place to shower and sleep.

The microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot were dirty and coffee pot did not work. Told staff;they didn't care. The pool was closed. Our last day was told we could use their sister hotel's pool; would of been nice to know at check in instead of check out

Location was convenient

It was dark inside the room. Only a few lights, I figure the reason was to disguise how dirty it was. Dirty room. Saw some kind of bug smashed the carpet, looked like one of those large roaches

Pet friendly. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Location. Had to book through app in the lobby to get the better price. Clerk couldn't match it when I told him what I had seen online.

No grab bar In shower. The TV did not work properly. The room was clearly not ready for occupancy. The receptionist on duty expected housekeeping to fix the TV.

The price of the room.

While our room appeared clean, it smelled very musty. I also found part of someone's eye lashes in the bathroom while trying to bathe our son. There was also only cereal, toast & yogurt for the continental breakfast which was disappointing.

The room was dirty and the staff was terrible. We about had a guy staff member walk in on us while we were changing in our rooms at 9am. He knocked on the door saying housekeeping and before we could even say we were in there he opened the door on us.

Everything. It was the dirtiest and poorly run place. The sheets where tissue thin and had rips in them. They appeared to be dirty.

We thought the location (see answerto next question). The hotel was easily accessible to the highway.

The hotel is rundown. Carpeting is in need of cleaning. There was mold in the shower. Although no fault of the hotel or staff, our car windshield was smashed overnight and at least one other car in the hotel lot had been broken into.

Beds were comfortable and staff was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was actually good as well.

Bath area needed work. There were gaps where water was collecting on the tab and signs of mold.

1st room they tried to put us in was dirty and had never been cleaned from previous guest. 2nd room had new bedding but there were streaks of yuck on the mirrors. No waffle mix for breakfast buffet.

There was a dead rat right in front of our door. The hotel just put a piece of paper over it and left it. We had to call down to the operator to come get it and they had serious attitude about it.

They were remodeling. TV unwatchable. Broken desk chair. Breakfast was not hot, buffet as it was listed. Front desk not knowledgeable about food delivery to hotel.
