Location

Bedding was stained and ripped. I stepped in huge vomit by the water refill. Disgusting! Tarps everywhere by the pool all over when we tried to go outside. Confusing not relaxing at all. Constant noise that did not come up when I booked the place.

Good location, walkable to beach , restaurant and shopping

almost $70 in resort fees daily is too much. Also the beach is across the street

Compré una habitación con vista al mar y nos dieron una con vista parcial, lo reclamamos pero nos dijeron que esa era la habitación y que no nos cambiarían a la que habíamos comprado. Es engañosa la publicidad.

The location was perfect

The water in the shower was not HOT, made a report someone came right up, but it still did not get HOT enough. Other than that, it was great

Location, style

Concierge - it is ridiculous that this guy asked for a tip of 20-25% on excursions that I'm already paying over $--- for; not to mention, he provided incorrect information

Adult pool

Rooms could have been a little better cleaned and pool bar food could have been better.

Location to the Beach

Last night of our stay House Keeping came about 8:20 pm and said we were checked out. I said no we are leaving tomorrow. She kind of argued with me and it was like she expected us to vacate the room. She finally left. Lobby had correct checkout date.

The double beds. They are too small. Need queens.

they offered us a "gift" and it was a coupon book they have on every corner.

The front desk staff was slow to check in guests. Found them to be unfriendly and unhelpful compared to the rest of the hotel staff. They need retraining iwhen guest are asking for services or if late check out or where something is on the property.

They gave me a room on the 18th floor with a nice view. The ABC Store on the first floor was convenient. The beach is across the street.

I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room separated from the elevator shafts by only one room. The vibration from the shafts made the hotel safe rattle in the morning, which woke me up. The unheated pools were freezing.

Parking

Did not get the room I prepaid for. I have contacted Marriott. They must abide by the contract.

Everything about this hotel made our experience better, from the staff to the rooms and also the restaurants. I couldn?t have picked a better place to stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. This was such an amazing stay.

The hotel was under strike and there was no room service on the last day or parking valet although we paid for it!

It is a great hotel and exceptional location under normal sircumstances.

It was extremely loud at night and I did not sleep.

Close to the beach, great view and nice room.

Parking. Paid for it but at times could not find a space.

This was a very clean and friendly hotel. It was located in walking distance of everything you need or wanted to do. The room was spotless when we got there and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The views from the room were breathtaking

Nice place for 4 stars way better then hayatt. Kids loved swimming pool and fire show.

The breakfast is ridiculously overpriced. for the price you don¿t get any meet options except for pork! My significant other doesn¿t eat pork, and there were no any other option not even a chicken Im not asking for salmon as for this would be fair enoug

The amenities offered were great! Was able to use a go-pro for a shark diving excursion! Rooms looked new and nice

Maybe an assumption that the property was right on the beach. You did have to cross one street to get there
