Air quality (very moldy) in the room Not sanitary. Dirty with stains on carpet & some towels. Bugs & stains in the toilet paper rolls Dirty & very unattractive walkway

1. Expensive price and parking. 2. Old hotel rooms and furniture 3. Lack service and no housekeeping and clearance. 4. No pool towels and change in the room.

They had free water

The restaurant served cheap food for a premium price‼️ They charged me an extra $500 fee for amenities that I still don’t know what they were‼️ It was another $500 to park my car‼️ Only a couple people working there were nice and treated us like guest‼️

The location was good.

The hotel rooms were properly tired. My room was dirty. You can tell the nightstands and furniture hadn’t been wiped down properly in a long time.

Was able to upgrade to ocean front with no problems! Love the location and the staff were wonderful!

The location, water dispensers, sunscreen, and the free beach/paddle boards.

More information about restraunt /bar. I did not know what food served/amenities at the restaurant.

That paid parking wasn't mentioned when purchasing room 64 dollars a day is added alot to our trip

The location and the amenities were wonderful. The staff was also incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The shower could use a little bit more love but other than that no complaints.

Old, needs to be remodeled. Rooms were shabby.

As others mentioned, it?s very dated and worn down. Expensive resort fee (for what?) and parking, as all resorts seem to have here, with a few annoying interactions with staff.

The hotel was not clean and for the resort fees it didn?t feel like one and it was not the best . I broke out with what I thought was hives all over my body but turns out it was bed bugs allergic reaction ! I had to come home and get prescription

The hotel was located in a great area

The hotel is a little run down, it could definitely use a little paint and cleaning. It seams to be used a lot!

Beds were old and uncomfortable, no laundry, no microwave AC was dismal at best and the surrounding environment was noisy

Worried about the smoke alarm system after reading reviews but no personal problems.

Very rundown! 2.5 store at best! Ver small pool, high resort fees for what u got, went to rent beach chairs at 9 am, they were already all rented. Guy told us they only had 100 chairs for the whole resort! Mold on the ceiling, chopping on walls, very run

didn't like anything about this hotel

everything - worst hotel i have ever stayed at- didn't have running water for 2 nights- and when we did, it wasn't even hot. elevator didn't work most of the days - my room number was shared with strangers

Directly across the street from the beach. The beach equipment free rental was so nice! In the heart of great food and entertainment. bed was very comfortable, and no mold in the shower! It hit all the right spots for me!

The elevators were a learning experience and being on the 20th floor, I often had to wait for long periods of time to get one.

Needs pest contlol, as we have seen a big cockroach ¿¿ going under one of the beds. It was very hard to sleep.
