The location is great

The hotel is dated. Room wasn’t very clean. Shampoo and body wash were the same, and towels were low quality. For the price paid was disappointing

Comfortable room, great view, proximity to shopping and restaurants. Across the street from beach access.

I was served outside in the tiki restaurant and pigeons started eating my food when I went to the bathroom. Also found a dead dried up lizard in the Keurig area. No apologies whatsoever.

Location of the hotel is very good, close to beach and attractions. All tours have pick up points in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel has a pool and a restaurant of good quality.

The breakfast is on the high price range, but there are plenty of places around to eat. The outlets are a little scarce if you bring large chargers. Only one set of outlets is provided in the room, in the one bedside table. If I were to travel for work, the room does not offer a work space (does not have a table or desk). Those were minor inconveniences, since we traveled for leisure.

Location cannot be beat. Breakfast included option made it a good value. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was not clean at checkin. Housekeeping arrived quickly to resolve the issue. However, facilities are tired and do not seem to reflect the recent renovation mentioned in hotel information. Pool server didn't mention 18% service fee already added to the bill and we double tipped.

nothing - nothing at all

Loved the close proximity to the beach. shops and restaurants. Room was clean and adequate for our needs. Loved the view of the beach from our balcony. Staff were always friendly and very helpful.

The location is great

The amenities are very basic, not on par with the price they charge.Staff could hardly be described as helpful as they basically denied everything I asked them, at least they did with a smile on their face, my room was not cleaned my entire stay, and on my last day of my stay when it barely mattered, they came banging on my door twice to get me to leave the room so they could clean, very strange.I don’t think this place is worth the price, pay a little more and stay at the Hilton.
