Staff seemed indifferent

The concierge was very helpful.

Better signs on the garden roads for directions are needed. Also, we had a hard time finding the entrance to the resort. We were unaware that our room keys allowed us car access to some of the roads. The GPS garden app sent us down the wrong roads.

The amount of space was awesome! There are some renovated spaces.

The room was not cleaned well at all. The fan blades had months worth of dust caked on them. The upstairs room has mold on the ceiling. The kitchen table had crumbs on the chairs and it has what looked like roach droppings on the cabinets.

Check in was very crowded and took apex an hour. This was almost an hour after official check in time opened at 4

The carpet in the room was stained in several areas. The 3rd floor hallway carpet was not vacuumed.

Loved the room and bathroom (one of the best I¿ve stayed in). It met my cleanliness standards.Food was great in the Piedmont and prices weren¿t bad. Every person we came in contact with were extremely friendly and very accommodating! Kudos to their staf

For hotel staff: Not enough handicapped parking spaces. Had to walk way too far (uphill) to get to lobby. I¿m handicapped and it was a tedious effort for me. Maybe staff could pickup people with golf cart in parking lot? Don¿t know if I would stay again

Upon arrival the beach was closed due to bacteria. That was a main reason we booked this vacation. We wanted something close that had a beach. We asked to see our room and there were stains all over the carpet. Facility desperately needs update/renovation

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and pleasant to stay at. I loved the spaciousness of the room and the balcony. My favorite thing was the Butterfly Center. The beach was clean and enjoyable as well.

Not with the hotel itself. I do not like the way reservations are handled. My reservation was cancelled as i was on my way there. They said my card was declined. Why not contact me to discuss instead of automatically cancelling? Was just a wrong exp date.

Swimming pool was closed the day we arrived and nobody seemed to know why or when it would re-open?

Great Christmas light show.

It was very pricey for what they offered. They offered one small package of firewood for a 4 day stay. The Thanksgiving buffet was mediocre at best.

We had a great time. Everyone was nice and the location is amazing!

I saw some trash around the property and the carpet in the hotel needs to be cleaned or replaced. It had stains

Endless activities, lots of fun.

No charging stations for electric cars. Only 1 elevator. Food was mediocre besides casons burger and fries. Pool was smaller than pictures advertise. Maps are not to scale.

The location was nice. Nothing else was. The food was only fair.

It was expensive. The room rate was $--- but a 30.00 resort fee and a 30.00 tax was added on. It was not a resort. Also checking in we were told breakfast was included 30.00 and when we checked out it was tacked on to our room. Not happy, badly done.

There were several stains on the floor in our room, decor was outdated, was unable to reach in room dining, front desk manager was rude,service was awful at Country Kitchen and the food was awful...Will not be returning EVER!!! Was not a 4 star resort

The pool, the grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

The pool bar should be opened later. There was a thunderstorm when we arrived at 3, so it was closed. At 3:30 the storm was gone and it never reopened but had a time posted until 5pm.

The staff, the location, restaurants and pool. The overall scenery was beautiful.

The one sharable microwave did not work.

The resort was unprepared for the number of guest. Check in took over two hours. There was not enough staff in the restaurants where the wait was long and food was overpriced. The wait staff were all very nice but clearly understaffed. Errors on Bill.

The grounds around the hotel and the gardens themselves are well tended.

The hotel was dirty.There were stains on the carpet both inside and outside the room. Towels were left thrown over the pool chairs. Trash was littered in common areas. They've clearly cut back severely on cleaning staff. Hugely disappointing experience.
