- The concierge was very helpful.
- The resort was beautiful and there was so much to do and see. The staff was amazing.
- A magical experience. Wanted somewhere to decompress and enjoy open air.
Cons -
- Better signs on the garden roads for directions are needed. Also, we had a hard time finding the entrance to the resort. We were unaware that our room keys allowed us car access to some of the roads. The GPS garden app sent us down the wrong roads.

- For hotel staff: Not enough handicapped parking spaces. Had to walk way too far (uphill) to get to lobby. I¿m handicapped and it was a tedious effort for me. Maybe staff could pickup people with golf cart in parking lot? Don¿t know if I would stay again
