Koenigshof, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Munich

This was a wonderful hotel in an exceptional location. Right in Karlsplatz and near Marienplatz. Unfortunately, this hotel is slated to be torn down starting Jan 2019 and will not be available again for three years. Their attitude and service; excellen

Started off with 4 hand towels, but ended up with no hand towels on the last day. Answers to request for complementary w

The breakfast was excellent. The staff could not do enough for us in all areas and were really friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious.

Rooms and location

Check-in took too long

Excellent breakfast, pleasant place and helpful staff

We loved everything.

Great hotel, spacious rooms, hospitable staff

Strange lobby

The breakfast was satisfactory, although it does not provide the guests with the widest range of options, the ones they do provide are well-executed. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the facilities and my room, and the attention to detail in every service I received were incredible. In addition, the location provides the guest with a wide range of possibilities, they can access most of the widely used public transportation networks which are directly accessible from in front of the hotel, or just walk around the central areas of Munich without a problem, this hotel is situated right at the "entrance" of the lively and prospering city center.

When I heard that I could pay at the property, I thought I could have paid in cash. However, I was told that they are a cashless property. Since I am a student who receives most of their allowance in cash from both my parents and other relatives, it would have been better if they had specified earlier that they are indeed a cashless property, because I could have paid less online for the same room and I could have had the opportunity to consider other hotels of similar quality where I could indeed spend my cash allowance.

Everything was amazing.

Breakfast could be better managed / better staffed, long queues, very slow service.

Absolutely one of the most luxurious hotels in Munich. Great location! Very close to old town and walking distance to big shopping mall:) Staffs are super friendly, enthusiastic and full of humors!! Love Munich!

Nein.

Fantastic hotel with a great restaurant with excellent service. Location is close to the old town. Highly reccomended

Great location excellent service and friendly staff very comfortable room

Excellent facilities, beautiful design all around, friendly staff

No baby bottle sterilizer

Excellent staff and service, great suite, bed, matress, pillows, things that usually break a hotel stay, here they were all top class.

The fact that they charge 500/person/3-hour session for access to the pool and spa is a bit too much. Haven't experienced that before and it's over the top.

Best thing is the location 5 min walk from the train station. Staff is friendly, welcoming and international. My headphones disappeared from the room after I forgot them there and the staff without discussing replaced them: very professional.

Its a bit pricey and the entrance location is a bit award.

Ever thing Special recognition for all the staff

Very clean excellent and war will come staff. I’m perfect location to Central.
