Pros +
- The location
- The view and location
- It’s a pretty property in a perfect location. It has an upscale feel and is welcoming.
Cons -
- There was a constant load noise from the air conditioning that seemed more than the air conditioner. It was extremely loud through the entire day/night.
- The water for the shower wasn't very warm one night.
- We ordered room service on our first night there. It was prompt and good food. Two days later when we checked out, the food tray we’d placed in the hallway that first evening was still there. Seems like a very lacking service. It also lacked attention to detail. The fan light in our bathroom only had one light cover. The battery operated candle in the fireplace didn’t work. The first room we were assigned was on the second floor. It had a balcony area that overlooked the heating vents. It was dark and felt like a cave. Luckily the front desk moved us to a room on a higher floor that was much nicer. However when I asked to be moved, the front desk attendant made the change,but her demeanor toward me changed from friendly to distant and disinterested.
