Pros +
- The pool and area was Amazing. So clean and beautiful. Staff everywhere maintaining it. The staff in all of the hotel were wonderful. It's a beautiful hotel. The restaurant is fabulous, also.
- The location is perfect. The ambiance of the hotel is very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room felt "relatively" clean.
- We were here for New Year¿s Eve celebration, so the location was great and luminaries were exceptionally beautiful. The room was clean and pretty.
Cons -
- Yes! The room was small with a (so called) balcony that was un-useable with a view oh A/C units and tent tops. The tub only drained when we manually pulled the drain plug and took about 10 minutes to drain. The A/C went out at mid-night the last day!
- Our room only had one chair in it. One of us had to sit on the bed when we were in the room
- No breakfast. Only one person checking people in, so we had a long wait in line. Bed was soft. No microwave in room. Coffee and hot water were not available all day. Expensive.
