- The hotel treats you like family. They have home made cookies for guests. Their breakfast was more than just waffles like most hotels now

Cons -
- If I had a complaint it would be there is only one elevator.
- The room we had when the heat kicked on after we were in bed sounded like a freight train. It did it all night long and everytime would wake us up. Food was so so and they did not have several items out for consumption.
- The room wasn't available at check-in time, check-in time was at 3 pm run wasn't available until 6:45 pm. We missed the wedding because we didn't have a place to shower and change. It was a complete nightmare

Very nice staff. Great location
