Everything about the hotel was amazing from the staff, the facilities, the restaurant.

There was nothing that I would have changed about the hotel

We traveled with our 2 babies to Laupheim, I have been to the hotel before and I liked it. The Gym is small but good for a quick workout. We stayed in the studio, it is spacious and with kids the kitchen is very good.

We had problem with the heating, first day it didn't work and it was not to strong the next day either, on the third night it was ok. Unfortouneatly it was very cold nights in april so we got cold during the night. Sauna only available in the afternoon, I usually do it after morning excercise so it i was disappointed.

Free weekend and evening parking right next to the hotel. Great location in town center near park.

Shower appliances already somewhat old.

- Great breakfast with a wide range of choices and great atmosphere.- If you skip the room cleaning, you will get one free drink, including a 0.5L beer.- Hotel restaurant has a good price quality balance.

- The lighting of lobby is too dim.- It would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room for coffee/thee.

Recently renovated to a high standard. Excellent breakfast with a large vegetarian component on offer, Plenty of parking space in hotel, although rather expensive.

Glass door to the bathroom / toilet.

We had family in the village near by, so it was a great modern comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazing. Great small village to get the German feel.

restaurant was good both at breakfast and the evening meal we had was excellent and to be recommended. Car parking was provided and included in the price.

Room was a rather hot, like all German hotels, the temperature is just too high, so much so I had to removed the duvet and sleep under the cover

They charge more money to upgrade room. 20 euros to upgrade room with AC, other option was to stay in room without AC. On that day the weather was sunny, 30 degres.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed . Exceptional customer service and exceptional high standards all over the hotel ! A very luxurious feeling in all the areas including the studio room ! Staff super friendly and polite ! We very highly recommend it to anyone without a second thought !

Beautiful and unique property - located centrally in Lauptheim. We loved the restaurant, decor and location. Unfortunately our room was the only dissatisfaction.

The photos advertised versus the room we received was very different. The photos showed modern rooms and our room was old, super mall and almost felt like a closet. Our room was also located right above the outside smoking area and all the smoke would go into our room.

I didn't like the approach of the employees, they asked me to pay for an "update" for another room, not the one I paid for through booking, they took €104 extra because the room I bought through booking was bad, they said that booking was bad and to call the hotel directly the second time. there was nothing in the room except hand soap, a little toilet paper, a room with a view of the wall of another building .. poor breakfast, impossibility to drink coffee outside of breakfast time, bad parking, too short for a normal car .. employees sleep on the sofa in the corridor next to lift... I'm disappointed in general

The hotel is pleasantly decorated and the reception is friendly and helpful. The connected steak restaurant is superb and breakfast is also very nice.The reception was very helpful on a morning, booking taxis and also put my found case in my room and returned my lost phone.The room I had was sufficient and the shower was powerful and refreshing.

When I arrived at 2230 after a very long journey without a case as it had been lost in Amsterdam I was reasonably down, it wasn't helped when I asked for some food.No food available at this time.No where nearby where I could get food.The bar shut, no drinks from bar.I went to my room and drunk water and a pillow choc biscuit.There are no coffee or tea making facilities in my room.I had a double bed with 2 single quilts. 1 large quilt would be better. My first night I was cold and didn't know they had radiators I could turn on because they were hiding behind curtains2nd and third night much better as I knew about radiators and lifted curtains to help heat to come through.

Lovely modern room, great food and helpful friendly staff

Really nice hotel w very good amenities and a nice restaurant.

Bedroom was ok but bed not very comfortable and a bit dated.

The location was very good. I liked the modern decor and the staff were very friendly. They went out of their way to keep the bar open for us later than usual.

Shame about the room that was tired and has passed its best. Bed base was faux leather and was flaking and badly worn. Overpriced for the state of the room.

Great breakfast, friendly staff.

Very old room with broken toilet seat, stained full carpet. Overall a worn down room that should no longer be rented out but renovated first.

Centrally located hotel with beautiful, minimalist rooms, classy wooden floors & super modern bathrooms. Very comfy beds & good breakfast. Best of all, very friendly & helpful staff. Special thanks to cool & knowledgeable bar-people Joel & Wieka (not sure of spelling).

no privacy in the shower box(clear glass box). as you don't have a door or clear separation from shower area to bathroom sink area, the whole room gets humid after shower.
