Hotel was run down with dirty carpeting and dirty elevator and worn/broken shelves in bathroom

Great breakfast. Room had two chairs.

Rooms used to have a clock by the bedside.

WAAAAY past due for an update. Rugs in room and halls were threadbare and room was unkempt (worn and not really clean).

The breakfast was pretty good. Room was nice and close to hospital.

The tree in parking lot need some keep. Had some I assume and knocked a branch that dropped and made a small dent and scratch in my car.

The staff were helpful

The room was not cleaned during our stay. We had to ask the desk for fresh towel. The room was cold and we had to run the thermostat at 76degrees plus to offset the cold air coming thru the exterior walls and windows.

The room service was inadequate, with the rooms remaining uncleaned for several nights. Additionally, the staff displayed inconsistency in their attentiveness, being selectively cordial to certain guests.

The room was not not cleaned for four nights! That is horrible! I had to request fresh towels and toilet papers on day four. The standard is depreciating fast, they can do much better.

No hot tub as stated online , bathroom fan did not work; front desk was rude when we checked in.

Price, location, staff

I loved how I was greeted by staff at the front desk: Very pleasant and engaging. Gave me information on the hotel. My room was excellent , very clean no funny odor. I also never use hotel soap , however I tried Zero and loved it.

I did not the lady who I guess assist with the food in the morning. She spoke to everyone except for me. She asked other people how was the food. However , she did not ask me. Maybe she didn?t like my face.

Overall we had a very positive experience. Wifi worked great. Included breakfast was very good (waffle machine, eggs, fruit, bread.), and 24 hour included coffee tea and hot chocolate in lobby. Free parking. Fridge microwave in room.

Double beds could be updated to queen. Larger size garbage baskets in room since no room service daily. Water pressure in toilet was typical for remote location. Not the hotels fault.

The beds were extremely comfortable

Your breakfast is nothing like it shows in your ads it is an extremely small area you had scrambled eggs and dried up sausage Links your ads for your hotel show croissants fresh fruit also, it was only one handicap parking space that is not acceptable

Breakfast was better than average. The room had seen some updates.

The AC didn?t work in our room. The beds were old and very uncomfortable.

Floor was dirty, bath tub did not work. Painting and other changes were taking place but my issue is the fumes during this time.

It was filthy they are doing remodeling on the floors that they are renting the rooms on The workers Left debris All over the halls floors it was hard to walk down the hallway with my crutch almost fell off a couple times

Let me begin by saying that the hotel was completely booked ( a conference and participants/families, children's hockey tournament). The hotel managed to accomadate these two groups without compromising the comfort of their other guests! I was impressed!

I found that the selection/quality of the breakfast to be poor.

we had a problem with the toilet which was resolved but required two requests

Clean, modern, awesome staff. Breakfast is a hot meal and the food keeps coming out until the breakfast time is over. Love the towels at the pool. Surprisingly very nice hotel

The pool is nice but very loud when a group is there
