Location, price, staff was friendly, housekeeping was VERY PROMPT when I called for more towels, variety of programs to watch on tv

There was no coffee in the room. There isn't a fan in the shower area. Poor lighting in the vanity area. No full length mirror. No mirror at all in the bedroom.

Smelly dirty not enough towels in the bathroom and bathroom are small

Smells dirty and not enough towels in the bathroom which is very small I could not fall in a sleep because noise from out side of my door. Felt not secure

That we asked for a different room because our smelled like smoke and they accommodated us immediately. The last 2 nights were great!

We had noisy neighbors that started making noise around midnight. I tried calling the front desk, but there was no answer. The noise went on well past 1am.

Dirty mini fridge with old food. No room service at anytime for towels or trash.

The room and furnishings were dated. The bathroom light was burned out when we checked in, however, maintenance didn’t fix the outage until the next day. We found an old dirty washcloth in the shower, we reported to front desk staff she didn’t help.

Wonderful staff and excellent room … especially the price! Will definitely stay here on next trip.

The historical significance of this hotel to the city of Las Vegas

The A/C unit was really loud. It took a couple days to get used to while trying to sleep. The room we were in was NOT facing Freemont Street, which we liked because the music went all night long and I could hear it in the hallways.

Rooms were not renovated as advertised. Paper thin walls, old floors old carpet,

We were told to lock up our 2 ebikes at their Oscar's restaurant that it was secure and safe.,And they were stolen.

Somewhat decent price for the room

Room is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Sink clogs up if too much water pressure is used. Have to hold toilet handle to flush toilet. Shower curtain has orangish red stains. Leftover hair in shower and bathroom floor. Outlets are on the floor. Dim lights

Inexpensive and great location.

One of the drink girls was rude and short with me, and the shampoo/conditioner and body wash is extremely poor quality and smells bad. Rooms have no microwave or coffee and the fridge barely kept anything cold.

Great Check In Staff, very Friendly, gave room next to each others & advices us of all the restaurants, bars & specials.

The guy at the reservation counter said we’re going to upgrade your room, It’s on the 14th floor and faces Fremont Street. Sure why not right making it sound grand! Horrible idea! It was loud 23 hrs a day. No sleep.

Worst toilet paper ever for what you pay to stay the seen out houses with better toilet paper 💯 the toilet also malfunctioning and no ventilation just recalculate the same stale air

It was spacious and a good area

The mattress felt like it was sunked in bed was uncomfortable. The shower tub was slippery i actually had a slip and fall 😕
