Close to airport, good security, easy check in, food at bar good.
Not enough functioning USB charger /electrical outlets in the room.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities, clean and comfortable room.
I booked a pet friendly hotel. The woman behind the desk checked me in and failed to ask me if I had pets. Went up to our room on the 10th floor. Unpacked, showered and were getting ready to go out for the evening. We received a phone call two hours later from the front desk and asked if we had pets so of course I said yes. So they told me there's a pet fee and I'd have to come down and sign for it. They also told me they didn't allow pets on the 10th floor and we'd have to move to the 2nd floor. I told them we didn't have time because we were getting ready to leave for a concert. So the manager confronted me saying if we didn't change rooms we would have to leave. So I asked her this is a pet friendly hotel right? So what difference is it what floor this is? So I told her we didn't have time to change rooms because we were going to miss our concert. So what does she do, calls the police on us because we refused to change rooms, really? We felt harassed and humiliated.

excellent location. convenient to airport. onsite restaurant and bar.
parking fee. I am used to paying for parking in the downtown area but this location was far enough away and should offer complimentary parking for guests.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s close to a lot of businesses and the airport.
I didn’t have any water pressure. I’m assuming because of the construction. I kept having to turn the water off and on to take a shower. And the carpets were dirty. Turned the bottoms of my socks sticky and black. The bar wasn’t open. The pool was closed. The rooms don’t have microwaves, but there is one in the lobby. Random room doors were open. Anybody could’ve been lurking in there.

Vicinity. It’s not far from the Airport that’s not a problem But there is nothing around to see. Ok if you have transport your own there are no buses from the hotel Curtisey hotel bus takes to Airport only

The location was good.
The staff was very unfriendly! They charged $50 extra to check-in 1 hour early and $22 parking on top of the room fee. A small 6oz Margarita was $17 from a bartender that couldn’t crack a smile! This is a 2 star motel that is fancied up to look like a 5 star from the outside. This place is a money trap. I’m well traveled and don’t care to spend good money for good service and good place to stay! This isn’t it!!!

Staff very fiendly and helpful
Room had no hot water, only tepid. WiFi incredibly slow. Power pack provided for charging appliances brocken.
