- Warm and cozy ambiance, we loved the fireplace in the main lobby and in our room! It was cold and rainy during our December trip. The two restaurants within the hotel were outstanding. Self-parking was excellent. Best part: a kind staff person was extremely helpful in the evening before checkout. I needed extra bubble wrap for two bottles of wine I packed in my suitcase. He found it in the back office, and was so happy to help. A great way to end our stay!

- We asked to come an hour before 3. We got no response. When we came at 3, we had to wait until after 4:00 pm to get into the second room. The second room was disappointing, especially for the high price. The room was small and had the view of a tar roof. It was located very far from the other room we booked.

We had a mixed experience. We booked 2 rooms. One room was very nice. I would have rated our experience much higher if we only booked that one room. The staff was pleasant.
