Surrounded by shopping and eating shops. Train station is nearby but not easy if you are carrying large luggage. I took taxi to hotel cost around NT100. The staff is friendly and helpful.
No iron and iron board in the room. No free laundry facility. There is bus stop right in front of the hotel which is not easy for Uber taxi to stop in front of the hotel. Breakfast end at 9.30am which we find it too early. Not much choice for breakfast.
The hotel is surrounded by a few shopping malls and local stores; it's right next to Family Mart, making it convenient to grab some late night snacks. Although the facilities are a bit old, the room is quite clean and spacious.
The staff can't speak English well so I had a hard time asking for a adapter but they're really friendly. Additionally, the hotel has limited breakfast options

The twin bed is too small
We have a room way bigger than expected! a nice upgrade with perfect view on top floor. Besides, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is nice with various options! It would certainly the best choice for us if visiting Taoyuan again.

Hotel facility kind of worn out, needs face lift inside and outside soon. Breakfast food was overcooked, some french fries and hash browns were refried and tough to eat. Food choices were also limited with no creative dishes. No wow factors at all.
Road side room is too noisy from the traffic. Not double glasses windows.

The location is close to Taoyuan train station. In front of the entrance there is a regular bus line to Taoyuan Airport. We got an upgraded room, which is quite spacious.
In our original booking there should be a safety closet available, which was not the case in the upgraded room. Coffee in the room is 3-in-1. If it should have be separated, would be pleasant for guests with different needs.

Hotel had visible molds on the hair dryer cord and the hallway smell of smoke even though it's a non smoking hotel
