It was in a perfect location for where I needed to go for work and everyone was very nice.

the FedEx in the hotel was very convenient, but the employee working was not nice & they charge you by the lb to pickup your package. Not only do you have to pay to have it shipped, then you have to pay a certain dollar amount just to pickup your package

Hotel staff did not have adequate towels, soap, coffee coffee cups, paper products in room, had to call a number of times. These were double beds, not queen beds at this hotel.

Proximity to US Bank Stadium, general location, parking rate, friendly staff and overall condition of facilities

They recommended Hell’s Kitchen for nearby dining. Didn’t like the food 😉

Location was great!

There was a conference so elevators were slow and crowded. The room was dated, the shower curtain was torn, no slip resistance in shower, nearly slipped. They hold $100 per night which was more than expected for a few nights.

We have been staying at this hotel for the past 5 years and really enjoy the area. We just love hotel employee. She has been taking care of us for all these years and is the best!! We also got to know some new friends at the hotel as well! Great staff!

The rooms are very nice and the staff is wonderful. The lobby is beautiful and a great place to gather. I also enjoyed eating at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable, breakfast had a good variety and was fresh and well prepared. Front desk staff checking in and out were friendly!

Parking lot was tight but doable, parked downstairs in the garage.

The most incredible stay we have ever had.

The starbucks is horrible. Poor staff- they do not seem to care at all about their job or the customers. Super rude - and we went there 3 times.

Comfortable beds. Clean and modern.

We waited in line for 61 minutes to check in. Hotel information said free breakfast, this was not true.

I was in a terrible situation when I arrived on Wednesday. I didn¿t have security deposit which was $100. The front desk lady GRACIOUSLY allowed me to redeem the key to my room. I¿m forever grateful. 12/19/2023. My Christmas was saved.
