Friendly staff and clean accommodations. Older property but good value for amount paid. Room was comfortable with good amenities. Hotel is located at one end of Waikiki; walking distance to Ala Moana Center & beach park, and to the heart of Waikiki. Bus lines run in front of the hotel. Relatively quiet; the occasional emergency siren can be heard, as is typical in all of Waikiki.
There is no separate pick up/drop off driveway. Vehicles must pull partway onto a modified sidewalk shared by vehicles and pedestrians. Can be a little stressful loading & unloading, with buses and delivery vehicles going by. If timed right, the nearby all-way crosswalk stops traffic in all directions, allowing a minute or so to load/unload without traffic going by.

Got upgraded to a bigger room. It was near the elevator. Room was clean. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.
The parking garage was tight. Getting out to the main road was at times challenging.

I'm always feeling blessed when staying here. Front desk is marvelous, making for a grand time to be had. The room I stayed in could had been kept better which I will be willing to discuss in person. My stay overall was a delighted and I will be recommending and staying again

Staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to a lot of cafes, restaurants and ABC stores. A bit of a walk to the beach

The rooms are very clean!! The location is very good.

Everything was nicely kept. Most staff were friendly and welcoming.
Elevators are a bit too slow. Irons need to be cleaned. Ironing board cover was too small and did not stay in place on the board.

The hotel is actual under renovation for the A/C system but overall no complaints.

Great value. The location is further from a beach than it looks, but was centrally located for conference center and beach. Staff was helpful and friendly with every request. Room was clean and very functional. Really like the little balcony. I've stayed here before, would stay here again for conferences.
On Booking it says a balcony wass included, but that was not correct - the hotel says that is a special request. They moved me after one night, and I was much happier.
