If divide the few big room into single room at lower price for single occupant would help more people and raise revenue

Policy of withhold money on credit card ..it should release money right after check out or refund and down payment in cash

looks like it was being remolded with hallways taped down carpets parking was very hard bad small driving thru parking lot. Expensive to park so had to park across street

Convenience, clean and exceptional staff. I would return to the same hotel on my next visit to Honolulu

Wonderful newly remodeled hotel. Very friendly staff. Free beach towel use and good location close to beach and Ala Moana mall

Upon arrival first thing required was a RESORT FEE ! My booking clearly stated "Includes ALL Taxes & Fees" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This Really spoils the visit !!!!

The balcony was was to small, the ?partial view was nothing more than a small view of the ocean

The Location was awesome and parking was very easy to get in and out. Hotel room was clean enjoyed my stay at the Aqua Palms Waik?k?.

The additional resort fee that was not part of the contract. Upon arrival, the hotel charged us an additional $30/day!

Some of the staff was very friendly others didn't seem to like blacks

It gave me a price I paid it , and when I got there they added 300 more dollars for amenities that I never got or used plus the 100 dollar deposit , I feel thru cheated me out of 200 dollars and I would not go there again

The parking was expensive and the daily resort fee, I felt like it was too much and it should just be a one time price.

On our first night we got woken up at about 3:00 a.m. from water leaking out of the ceiling in our bathroom that was so loud that is sounded like somebody was taking a shower on full blast. Staff didn't help us move to a new room, just gave us a key.

I paid for $45.00/day parking, and the ramp is very dangerous. Anybody can hit to the walls or pillars. Very tight space.

IHOP and island gourmet and ABC store right next to the hotel.

The view of the city was wonderful. The beds were comfortable.

Not enough parking. We had to pay at a lot down the street to park.

It?s clean bed and pillow confortable

The carpet looks dirty could be just the colour but can?t tell. My husband fell in the tub the first day so be careful and make sure you lay the no. Slip mat

Bed/pillows super comfy, location, very clean, nice staff, they have everything u need.... Was a great 7 night stay!

Shower Water pressure not the best & not so comfortable shower stall. Bathroom fan is super noisy with no option to turn off (that I know of- forgot to ask)-when light is needed to be on... Can't leave light on over night. Ice machine right outside room.

Location to amenities and the cruise terminal. The bed was comfortable.

Our room was barely big enough for the bed with no seating except a desk. It backed onto the elevators which sounded like a warehouse with barrels being rolled around all of the time and through the night.

The location and the bed was comfortable, although being exhausted from travel probably helped.

The hotel charged me a hidden resort fee when I checked in and was very dated.
