pool water was so warm and not could use more chlorine to clear the water

The staff was excellent. Room and grounds were very clean. Location was perfect to airport, marina, and Malecon. We were looking for a relaxing vacation and the lower-key vibe fit our needs.

Nothing to dislike. It’s an older property but very well maintained. Improved information about different restaurants, hours of availability, and a bar menu of common drinks would be extremely helpful.

Proximity to the airport. The staff was very accommodating and the food was better than expected

Hotel is actually really pretty. Love the peacocks throughout the facility! The resort is quite small, so easy to navigate and a quick trip from room to beach or pool. The area is walkable to a supermarket across the street.

Drinks meh. Food overall -not great. Exception was Breakfast- a very nice variety . Dinner at Chinese was complete fail, Italian was pretty good but, lunch was rather sad. Staff was split. Some very nice. Some quite grumpy. Service was NEVER great.

The location was perfect! Hotel was very clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and hotel restaurants had great food.

The hot tube is located in the Fiesta Rewards pool area. You have to pay to use that area and it closes at 6pm. Also the water in the room would go from hot to cold every 2 minutes while taking a shower. The mixed drinks had absolutely zero alcohol!

Food exceptional for all inclusive. Service spot on, really making a point of remembering drink preferences, food preferences. Great beach location.

Evening entertainment geared toward older crowd. Nothing we would make a point to attending. Not as good as other 4 star resorts in PVR.

Buffet was great, super close to the beach and good entertainment We had a nice view of the beach from our room and the bed was comfortable, the cleaners checked in different times of the day and brought extra water and towels

Watered down alcohol, to the point its undrink able, spa was mediocre, the food felt very salty, the Asian restaurant tian was bad

Music from next resort (Friendly) was very loud and went weel in to the morning. Kept us awake most nights till about 4;30 am. The beach is not very swimmable. You can't just wade in and enjoy. Drops off quickly and strong surf surges.

Ocean view, staff and decor were all 5 star. Bed and linens excellent! Pool was lovely and well attended. The exercise instructor for aqua exercises was excellent!

The breakfast was excellent with delicious choices. The other meal choices not on par with the rest of the hotel. The service was excellent; the food was just not noteworthy! Really missed marachi music for even one evening!

The hotel really takes pride in excellence and customer service. the concierge were incredibly professional and went out of their way to make it a great experience. Thank you!

It would be nice if the beach chairs fully layed flat.

Room was spacious and clean.

The food was not worth a penny spent on the extra upgrade. Bland, not authentic and mass produced. The service and quality of food and drinks was inconsistent during my entire stay. For this, the hotel should be a 2.5 star property, at best.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional Always friendly and pleasant. I enjoyed the extra shows and dinners they offered. Sergio and Luis provided us with great service around the pool area. Milton was also very helpful and willing to help. Very beatifu

The pool was supposed to be heated it didn't feel like it. It was very cool and uncomfortable the swim up bar was nice The pool is in need of some renovations. They had food trays in hallways sitting outside of rooms that didn't get picked up

The first room we were given was warm. The AC did not work well. They sent a technician out to check it. The AC needed some cleaning was what we were told. They did move us to a higher floor, better views and AC worked very well. Food was average.

was telling thr bellman I was looking for something I didn't like I could not find anything...so the best I could come up with the adult pool could be open later.

They take care of you! I got there before check in and my room was ready. The food was awesome for it to be an all inclusive. I had a hangover and they came to take care of me lol. They clean your entire room everyday. They were so sweet.

Had to make reservations for dinner.

Location is great and secured. Beach is so deep so we were not able to swim but the pool is great! Good food but make sure you make reservations for dinner before 5 pm. The only missing is the entertainment at night.

No buffet all day and lack of entertainment at night l. Birds poop also in the chairs at the balcony.

worst room possible to us, the view was to the Ac units and the kitchen, it was noisy at night until 2:00am, The halls in the 4 th floor smelled like cigarette smoke at night, room was in bad shape, more like a 2star hotel and not a 4.6.

The chairs in the buffet restaurant are extremely uncomfortable The front desk staff were not very helpful or accommodating - we needed a late check out and it was like pulling teeth to get them to both understand what we were asking and then assist us

They don't make it clear you need to book certsin room level to be able to experience the adult pool, have breakfast facing the ocean at the buffet and better quality drinks.
