The room was dirty. We found yellow stains on bedding, a sock, one acrylic nail and 2 pills on the floor

Pillows were horrible. Emergency lighting failed during 11pm evacuation of entire hotel. No exit or stairway lights.

Didn't like I had to pay to park my car. Air conditioning was very loud and shower made lots of noise.

The rooms were not clean well, there was trash on the floor and I hurt my leg on the bed rail that was sticking out

The A/C in our room did not work. Room 501. The ice machine on our floor and the other ice machines weren’t working. When I called downstairs about all of these things, I was rudely told they were in the middle of an audit, and hung up on.

Location, spacious room and breakfast

Location was okay.

The staff was RUDE! Did not explain anything in details. Rude Verbal communication and screaming. Our room AC did not work. We did ask for someone to fix it and it didn’t happen. The floor and shower had hair and large pieces of hair found in carpet.

Breakfast was great

The lobby and 1st floor areas were well maintained. The elevators and halls were always nssty with trash on the floor. I never saw or heard the staff vacuum

Customer service at Front desk and politeness of other staff members

Cleanliness...floors and tables could use more attention too especially elevators. Room was lacking necessities such as toilet paper, some towels were stained, and floors were not vacuumed.

Breakfast was great. room was clean. Hotel employee( front desk) was outstanding.

Food was amazing! Loved the chicken quesdilla. Breakfast was good.

My room never got cool, even after maintenance came. And the shower water pressure was not good.

Very disappointed

I was very dissatisfied. I reserved a King size bed for my wife and me, and was put in a room with two full size beds. The desk clerk said they had -3 king rooms available. The bed was old and very uncomfortable.

There rooms are nice, comfy and clean.

The Temperature gauge are complicated to work

The guest next to my rooms made it impossible to enjoy my stay. The heat wasn?t working in one of the rooms but this was not reported to the front desk.

The breakfast buffet is delicious, especially the made-to-order omelet station.

Parking costs $25 for the main lot, but $30 for handicap spots. It don't think it's appropriate to charge handicap individuals more to park.

Water in the shower was lukewarm. Bedroom comforter was not clean.

Hotel needs to be remodeled, my room was dated from the warned elevator to the door too the stained furniture. I was very disappointed with this hotel to the point that I didn't even stay the second night and chose to stay at another hotel.

Could smell reefer smoke on elevators when people got off. Kids ran free and loud. Cashless bars means you don't trust your people
