- Uncomfortable bed and ice not being where the sign stated it was.
- The way the staff handles emergencies. The power went out and someone pulled the fire alarm. The staff was not going around in reassuring people that everything was safe. We all feared for our lives, desperately trying to evacuate the building and then stood around, not knowing what was happening we had to go in and find the staff and ask if there was a real emergency. I feel like the staff should’ve been walking around assuring people there was no emergency and it was a false alarm.
