Cleanliness and location.

Can definetly improve on knowledge amongst breakfast restaurant staff on lactose intolerance. The offer for people with food intolerances was poor, and the responsible for bread should be able to answer a question whether it is milk in it or not.

I was very convenient to traverse around Gothenburg; The entire staff was great, very polite, helpful & always a smile on their faces; The breakfast staff and the food was excellent in every way;

Central location;awesome architecture and vies of the city; included breakfast was very good;the staff was terrific, super helpful and courteous... Overall great experience.

The elevators got quite busy and are small; in the room, the carpeting was a bit run down and the rooms were a bit on the small side.

Convenient location to the concert venue.

Great view of Liseberg theme park. Great room and good temperature in there.

Big lack of gluten free and vegan hot options during breakfast. Bad logistics of the elevators as we had to wait a lot for them.

Checking in and out was easy and simple.

Parking was a bit confusing when we first got there. Required a queen size bed but got a twin bad instead. Got upgraded breakfast but nothing really special except for the view. The room is not soundproof at all. You can hear people coming in and out of their room and talking in the hallway in the middle of the night. There are nicer and quieter hotel with cheaper price in gothenburg.

I have returned to the Gothia Towers after 19 years, to see that it has still its magic and one more tower and modernized facilities. This time I returned with family to enjoy the Liseberg park, Universum, and much more in Gothenburg. It was great. The rooms are very nice, and clean, the beds are wonderful, the breakfast one of the best I have seem (and I traveled a lot across the world). The internet speed is supper fast and reliable.

The hotel toiletries are still as bad as they were 19 years ago when I spend 3 months in the Gothia Towers. You better bring or buy your own, the shampoo turns your scalp to dry paper, the hair conditioner does nothing, and the body soap sucks out every drop of moisture your skin may have left by then :) but it it is a night over or two one can endure it, but if you plan staying longer then bring/buy your own.

I requested a queen bed, but instead they put two twin beds together, which wasn’t comfortable

A lot from breakfast to restaurants, location staff meet in place games on first floor. Everything was great. On small things I did not like are minor that can be fixed.

I thought my tower (supposedly new) the floors from the elevator to the room felt worn out. Similarly my room such as the coach felt old and broken or like some heavy person sat into it so it sunk in the middle.

The room was ready ahead of time and clean. View was nice.

People are not supposed to use phones in the spa but I counted 6 people taking photos. It made me uncomfortable. When I told staff (2 had left already and two hadn't come yet), they allowed them to stay. The gym was smelly, dirty and no sanitizer was available. Toilet paper was not refilled in two of the three bathrooms on the main floor. I asked staff to refill these things and they did not (including gym sanitizer). I expected much more for an upscale hotel.

Breakfast was good but they can add more options for vegetarian. Rooms are clean and spacious so all good. Location is also good as we have so many Indian restaurants nearby.

The room had a king bed and a sofa sitting area. There was also a small work desk area. Shower was good and the complimentary breakfast was great, lots of choices, clean and good service. The location was perfect for us, right by Liseberg and the highway. Vale parking was efficient.

The corridor leading to our room could use some cleaning and or updates. Not bad though.

Not very well organized for customers. I did not catch the breakfast due to ealier flight. The night before,front desk promised I will get a packed breakfast. But next morning, no one knows this when I ask where to pick up.

Great views and good location

At check-out and breakfast time you could easily spend 15 mins waiting for a lift! Remember, there are 29 floors. The beds have very thin mattresses that just by laying on them, move over the edge of the bed.
