- The owners are wonderful hosts. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The room was small but comfortable with everything I needed. The small stream outside the terrace door was cooling at night and the water flowing over the rocks helped me sleep. The dinner was exceptional and the breakfast was perfect. Probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. Again, the owners made the stay feel like home. The location is in the center of town with easy walking access to the surrounding area.
- First timer, it was a great experience. The location, the service and breakfast was served fresh everyday (The bread was delicious). And found an awesome spot to practice Yoga as well on the beautiful terrace with stunning Black Forrests view I highly recommend this Business, Owners are super friendly and helpful
- The hotel is jsut lovely! Situated in a small and beautiful town in the middle of the black forest. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was also great - their breakfast was delicious with a variety of options and our dinner at the restaurant was really delicious.
Cons -
- I had the stream and a great room location so the heat didn't bother me as I slept with the door and window open. However, perhaps the other rooms it might be quite warm at night with no air conditioning. This would only be a problem those couple weeks during the summer when the temperature is around 30C.
- Nothing, it was a great place and we had a great stay!
