- No continental breakfast
- Room had an adjoining room door that I was not aware of. For a period I could hear an argument in the other room late in the evening. The refrigerator was periodically making loud noises through the night. I thought there was a complimentary breakfast.
- 2 staff members that checked me in were not very friendly and barely spoke to me I had to ask question. Could definitely work on training employees on better customer service.
