Rogner Hotel Tirana

Cleanliness, staff, location.

old world charm, modern conveniences

I like that my son was able to play piano in the lobby.

Most staff are accommodating especially those in the restaurant and bar even the receptionist.

Location was great. We could walk easily to all the places we wanted to.The breakfast buffet was absolutely awesome as well as the dinners in the dining room.Really enjoyed the wonderful Spa facility ❗️

Good location. Large breakfast buffet. Clean rooms and lobby.

The hotel's decor is somewhat dated.

Breakfast is great, rooms are comfortable and clean

We had to check out during the city marathon, all roads around the hotel were blocked and we needed to drive to the airport. Front desk staff were not very helpful, they had no answers or solutions for us. At last the very nice bellboy helped us by speaking with the officers. It was stressful and unexpected - we should have been notified upfront. And they should have better solutions for their guests.

Location, silence

Service of waiters during breakfast weak. It takes a good while when you are served.

Great location.

The breakfast buffet was pretty sparse. They also only provide one complimentary bottle of water in the room, regardless of how many people are booked for the room, and the number of nights. This is in an area where they do not recommend drinking tap water. Every other hotel I’ve stayed in typically provides a bottle for each person each day.

Great cordial professional staff. Beautiful grounds. Fantastic breakfast and delicious dinner. Room was large with comfy bed and pillows. Clean. Attentive to detail. Centrally located. A great place to visit tirana.

Nothing to note here

Very comfortable with many amenities

Air conditioning was turned off for the season and weather was quite warm.

The staff was courteous, professional, and excellent. At my request, they prepared a birthday cake for my wife. The location is great. The hotel's spa was a refreshing addition to a luxurious suite room.

I like the location, super centric. I like the included breakfast. I like the staff.

I got no complaints at all

Everything, the hotel was magnificent. Great location, great staff and the rooms were really comfortable.

The location is perfect, free parking , nice room, a good breakfast.

The central heating system in the hotel was not working. The room was freezing, while the outside temperature was 8°C (46°F). It was cheeling October. They brought two fan heaters to the room, but both were faulty. We were given extra blankets for warmth. It is recommended to check whether the heating system is functioning during the months of October to January. Otherwise, the rooms will be freezing, and staying at the hotel could become a nightmare.

We loved the breakfast, was an absolute highlight. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious for the two of us.The staff were also extremely accommodating and helpful.

There was a wedding on when we arrived so were not able to access some of the facilities such as the pool and the restaurant.

There was so much food to choose from! Very attentive staff, lovely dining area

Great staff, great breakfast, nice pool and very centrally located.

Great food, perfect and clean pool, wonderful location.

Best location.Good breakfast

The room smell wasn't so good. Maybe someone smoked in the room in the past.

Rogner was a perfect luxury experience in Tirana. The staff was extremely helpful, giving us connecting rooms, and allowing us to check out late. The garden and pool was a comfortable oasis. Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. It was a wonderful place to relax and wind down after vacation with kids.

Even though we were allowed a late checkout, our keys stopped working and we had to go to the front desk two times to get them to work again. This wasn’t a dealbreaker though, and we would absolutely stay here again if we come to Tirana.
