- The staff was extremely rude
- The hotel smelled like smoke even the room although it said smoke frww facility. The room was not clean. I has to clean the floor and tub with the clorox wipes I brought. The door lɔooked as if aome one had oncw broke into the room. The water did not get hot in the shower as well.
