The elevator was kind of in a weird spot, but not a deal breaker. Honestly, there wasn't much I didn't like.

The staff!! Upon entering (we were late) the gentleman at the front desk was excellent! He made the entire night welcoming. He explained the pool rules which my daughter was super excited about. The pool was heated and was a great treat after a long travel in the dead of winter. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and accommodating. This is the facility we will be staying at in that steam for her medical needs from this trip forward.
Our time there was short lived. Traveling with children that have health concerns is very difficult getting anywhere in time. Today was filled with medical testing so we didn't get to return to the facility to enjoy the comfort it offers.

Location was great for what I needed. Spacious room.
I had to move rooms due to an issue with the bedding that looked like someone had drooled blood onto 2 pillows and the mattress. A housekeeper was sent up but dismissed it and she didn't speak English so we couldn't really communicate about it. The rest of the room wasn't great either as there was rust on the lamps, stains on the seat, and overall the mattress cover was stained very badly. Got into a new room that was better with just a few minor flaws. Then I ended up killing a roach next to my bag. Not great.

The room was clean
That they charged a 50 holding fee on top of your price for the room !! And that I could hear the people above us walk around all night and also there was no vending machines except for the little place by the front desk and I didn’t know how to buy anything because they was just out on a shelve . Oh and the eggs at breakfast was so watery !!!

Clean, quiet, good location.
Bed was extremely hard to the point I tossed and turned all night. AC unit was not working well, so the room was very humid and uncomfortable. Also, there was no hot water. This will definitely be my last stay.

Loved the complementary breakfast. Loved the indoor pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean. There really were no good views as it has roads and businesses all around it. But we were not interested in the views anyway. Our main reason for the stay there was it's location, close to UK hospital and the price. The beds were pretty comfortable. They would probably be more comfortable to someone without back issues.
The room key that was supposed to give us access to the pool area never worked and we had to get an employee each time we wanted to use the pool.
