The free breakfast.

Dirty mattress covers. Staff was on phone and ignored us and was so rude that my friend wanted to go elsewhere.

The area

Everything. Would not recommend would never stay again. Everything was filthy, dirty old worn out. Even had some sort of blood on my sheets. Looked at five rooms and finally settled because I couldn?t book another hotel elsewhere.

The location

The shower water was freezing cold. The breakfast was terrible. The refrigerator did not get cold.

I was exhausted when I got there so I fell asleep but when I awoke my smoke alarm needed battery and asked if it could be fixed I was told maintenance wasn't there to fix and sorry. I understand was Christmas Eve but I paid alot of money and didn't rest.

The hotel was clean and price was reasonable. Free breakfast which was very good.

Location

The room above me kept me awake or woke me both nights by pacing back-and-forth!

Rooms were moldy-1st room didn?t have working AC. Moved our rooms and then my Sons bag was left in the old room but nobody could find it. Pretty sure it was stolen by an employee there.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and linens.

No fault of the hotel, but, there were children in the room above us running around until after midnight. Maybe put families on a lower floor.

Price and location plus amenities, which we could not use.D:

The handle in the shower was not attached so the water was scalding hot, preventing showers. The kids also were unable to swim because of an equipment malfunction, and the pool water was unsafe and disgusting.D:

Mattress was comfy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. Quiet. Definitely would chose this hotel again.

Checkin and checkout staff were friendly.

Necklace on bathroom sink went missing. I suppose it could have been gathered up with hand towel change out but they weren?t together. Safe wasn?t operational. Room smelled musty. Fridge not cold enough. Hot portion of breakfast was gross.

Breakfast was a 7 out of 10

Coffee maker is broke (had to hold coffee in place while machine ran) Bathtub filled up with water taking a shower. Hotel looked to be 30% full...why put someone in a room across from Elevator/Fitness room

Difficult driveway to find to start. Not the best hotel but not the worst. Just an average hotel that could use some upgrades.

Easy check-in, above average breakfast!

In the details¿.overall this was a good place for the money! I can see why picky guest see- Bed skirt looked to have old gum on side. Sheet had small hole, my partner got a tiny piece of glass out of his foot in the shower, stain on curtain, caulking.

The staff was very helpful with our late check in and the breakfast was very nice. Hotel was close to our medical appointments and we look forward to using this hotel in the future

Location. Nice layout

Well, the part of floors aren¿t carpeted so there sounded like Buffaloes ¿¿ on top of me for 3 nights.

The bed was comfortable.

Overall bad experience, no maid service after the first night, no emptying of my trash, clean linens and when I complained was told there was nothing they could do, not even sorry your room wasn't cleaned. Not worth the money.

They allowed me to park my car here while we flew out of LEX for vacation for 8 days.

They did not want us to leave our car parked there while we flew out for vacation anymore.
