The location was great. Close to amazing food options.
Had to pay $35 a day to park.

front desk was excellent. Room was comfortable and what we needed. Valet, very accommodating, and had an issue with my fob, and came and found me to ask how it shut off the vehicle.
Bar and grille. Lights were on, but only service set up was to go to the front desk for a menu. and the smell of burnt grille smoked through the room was an allergy trigger, and got our meals later than we'd hoped.

I have stayed in a few different hilton hotels within the last 6 months, and the experiences were awful, but my stay at the garden inn on Forbes Ave restored my faith in hotels! everyone there was very polite and helpful.food was great and so was the ser ice. I will recommend this hotel with 10 stars

Staff was friendly and helpful
Carpet in room was horrible. Rocks and large pieces of stuff were on floor of bedroom. Remained there and never cleaned up. Either vacuuming was not done or vacuums did not work. Disappointed about shabbiness of premises. I could not use valet parking because my vehicle was an SUV and garage would not accommodate it.
