- usually like the Radisson Hotel, but this time was the worst. It started with my credit card being declined and my bank said nothing was wrong with my finds. Shower was not working, some employees were rude was the amt of money i spent
- Personnel! We asked 5 levels of staff to Please print our SW Boarding passes ..... would not do for us. they do Not have a computer/printer for guests!
- None of the outlets between the beds worked, neither the wall outlet or lamp outlets. This was extremely irritating as we had phones and several devices to plug in so essentially we had an outlet by the desk and the one in the bathroom.

Clean room, lobby and surroundings. Close to airport. Check in was quick and simple.
