- Room was hot and didn’t get cool even after cutting the air down. The water didn’t get hot for a shower.
- usually like the Radisson Hotel, but this time was the worst. It started with my credit card being declined and my bank said nothing was wrong with my finds. Shower was not working, some employees were rude was the amt of money i spent
- Personnel! We asked 5 levels of staff to Please print our SW Boarding passes ..... would not do for us. they do Not have a computer/printer for guests!
