Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport

Person at front desk helped before I left

No shuttle. Had to take an uber. Was reimbursed in the am (the night desk wanted my email to reimburse). The morning staff person gave me cash. The bathroom had dirty wash clothes in the tub and no toiletries

quiet and pleasant. Room was clean and decent for the price.

Room was hot and didn’t get cool even after cutting the air down. The water didn’t get hot for a shower.

usually like the Radisson Hotel, but this time was the worst. It started with my credit card being declined and my bank said nothing was wrong with my finds. Shower was not working, some employees were rude was the amt of money i spent

Personnel! We asked 5 levels of staff to Please print our SW Boarding passes ..... would not do for us. they do Not have a computer/printer for guests!

My tv channels kept cutting out and not being able to watch at least 4major channels. Breakfast buffet should be open later than 10 a.m. lounge was very limited as to available drinks.

Clean room, lobby and surroundings. Close to airport. Check in was quick and simple.

None of the outlets between the beds worked, neither the wall outlet or lamp outlets. This was extremely irritating as we had phones and several devices to plug in so essentially we had an outlet by the desk and the one in the bathroom.

Very clean and well updated appearance. Room and bathroom was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would like to see a nicer dedicated smoking area.

Easy to find. Simple check in great location.

It had everything I needed - all the plugs for devices, shower head was great. Bright and comfortable.

Sound carried from adjacent rooms more than it should have.

Very large group with kids at the pool; no seats available; cannonball jumps into the pool with splashing preventing sitting on edge.

Location in proximity to the airport and the price. Hotel was clean and had a nice fitness area as well as outdoor pool.

The room A/C got really noisy at times.

Waitress in the Bar & Grill, is the reason we keep coming back. She?s bright, funny, welcoming and she sometimes wears a bumble bee costume. What a treat!

Maid service was prompt

The fridge was not working, the sink and shower drain were clogged, there was rust around the shower drain, no microwave in the rooms, no business center, outlets broken, and there isn?t really anywhere to sit in the lobby-it?s all the restaurant?s space

Salmon dinner and Kimberly made drinks

Tub was backed up. Toilet did not flush properly and you have yet to put my incidental money back on my credit card

Friendly clean great location

Clean, elegant, close to the airport.

The staff

The bed was not comfortable, and the HVAC system needs work on the fan. No place to unload your clothes just a closet with a few hangers. Handicap room not requested.
