- It was clean, well stocked and very close to the event I attended.

- Hot water and a hot shower, as well as a good coffee shop, my work, and Whole Foods nearby

- Sketchy place, garbage from homeless etc
- Hard bed not comfortable , noisy traffic , mirror lights dim little counter space , space under door of room
