A few of my relatives stayed there and had bugs in the room, dead and alive. They told us a refund wasn¿t allowed. Even thou it was outdated hotel and the pictures showed exactly that, NO ONE deserves bugs or poor customer service.

They were rude had my curtin open she walked by from the outside and motioned us to close the curtain. I don't smoke and she kept telling me there was an up charge if I got caught smoking and again I told her I do not smoke. It was horrible.

Everything was awesome and I spent two nights very quiet very peaceful. The room was great and had some of the greatest amenities and there was an actual restaurant definitely would stay there again and give it a 10 star.

The staff was great. I was nervous because of some reviews I read but the room was great. The shower was amazing. Huge TV with lots of channels. We'll be back for sure.

The owner was very friendly and always available. We arrived later than planned; 2am. So, we called ahead and the owner said he would be there. Upon arrival he walked us to our rooms and even made daily check-ins. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

2 people per room and we were allowed 1 bath towel and 2 wash cloths, ask for another pillow and was told they didnt have a room they could steal one from. the other room i got for friends, they found a spider on the bed and a roach on the wall!
