The Westin Denver Downtown

The location is very nice, but truly I didn’t have a good stay.

I didn’t like the property for multiple reasons. First they wouldn’t cancel my reservation with no charge, then they wouldn’t accommodate a room with a bathtub. After multiple times of trying to get a room with a bathtub one of the front lady’s said my room would have a bathtub. Once I arrived my room didn’t have a bathtub. The night I said there was a parade going on, some streets were closed. I called the hotel to ask for instructions on how to get to the property and the association working the desk that night said “he didn’t know either and that this was not his fault it was the city for closing the streets” definitely not the answer I was wanting to hear. After figuring out how to get to the parking garage in front of the hotel and walking to the property. I asked the associate where was the hotel parking garage he said it was right next to the property. So I stated but there is no way of getting to the garage since the streets are closed, he then answers with oh yeah you can take the back street and come right to the property. It took me an hour, when it should have just taken 10 min to get to the property. I was truly frustrated at the customer service this hotel provided during my stay! Never will a be booking here again

Breakfast was a horrible experience, mysterious charges on my credit card after check out that I could not get answers for.

Comfortable bed, lounge area, water and coffee in room.

We were first given an ADA compliant room, which was not requested or necessary, with a very small bed. After the a long day of travel, we settled in bed to find that the closet light would randomly turn on and off all night long. The phone was inoperable and I had to search the phone number and use my cell phone to contact Concierge. Staff was friendly and moved us to another room at 1:30amWe also did not receive any housekeeping the whole trip even though they said they would come to our room while we were at the pool. Thus we had no coffee, clean towels, etc. Staff did deliver a bag of clean towels, coffee, and water, but still no housekeeping even the next day.No Wifi was provided, even though I'm a Marriott member.Additionally, no clean pool towels for nearly 3 1/2 hours and we got there early in the morning. The area filled and still no towels, or proper anticipation of a busy holiday weekend.

Great location! The rooms were very spacious and clean. Everything is modern. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful hotel in a great location, with spectacular customer service.

The hotel was nice. Just my experience from booking and this trip was not mich fun. It is the world and I will know better next time. Lots of additional fees booking and these third party sites and the hotel industry. Very corrupt

Great location. Very close to restaurants and 16th Street Mall. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
