Nice Room, Clean, Location, Pool.

Need an accountant to figure out my bill. Fee's on top of fee's on top of credits. Spent $250 on Room service during my stay yet bill was was somehow $--- with all the fees. Complete scam.

Valet isn't included, towels were stained, destination fee. Room was mediocre for the price.

The pool area was nice. Nice to have starbucks next door and plenty of food options close by. The Hashtag restaurant across street was great as well as quick walk to the famous Sams 3 diner and bar. Easy walk to Coors field or Union Station.

We did not get any maid service after the first night and had to ask for towels 3 times the next day. Did not replenish water or coffee so a little lacking in the service area. We loved the pool area.

30 minute line to check in without compensation, scammed me for parking, plus an extra $25 junk fee.

They forced me to an additional $25 but charged my card $100

They need a better arrangement for charging an e-car. Also, there was confusion with the bill, particularly over the "destination charge" which I did not want.

Fees and parking were expensive.

We did not receive a room. This was an unacceptable experience and one that ensures I will not 'try' to stay at this Westin again. We arrived at 5:30, an hour and a half past check-in time to be informed that our room was not ready. Unacceptable

I knew there was a $25 minimum charge when I booked. I just got my bill and they billed me for food that was supposed to be included in my daily resort fee of $25.

Getting in and out of the parking garage was simple. This location was right next to the venue we were going to. Breakfast was great and the room came with a $25 voucher (which was also charged to my account as a resort fee)

Its expensive, sanitizer stations were empty around the hotel. The pool closes too early no hot tub. breakfast voucher needed to be charged to my room b4 being reimbursed...? Parking attendant said we should pay for valet but it was only $8 if self park

close to stadiums, sports bars and places to eat.

Was some street people living in tents on the sidewalks and alleys.

This did not feel like a 4.5 star hotel experience. The staff was not knowledgeable about the area (recommended the Cheesecake Factory for dinner) and the details were not up to par ( room service arrived in a paper bag full of disposable serveware).

Nothing. Poor view.

the bed is very comfortable and the front desk staff was very accommodating in getting us an early check in.

I was told that we had $25 credit in the lounge (V's Lounge), I mentioned it when we visited the lounge and the bartender told me to put on room and we'd be credited on our bill......that did not happen. It would be nice to credited that.

Beautiful, modern guest rooms. Destination fee includes $25 food and beverage credit each day. Food options were limited, but quality was great.

Hotel was under significant construction. Limited experience and did not know prior to booking.

The hotel was elegant and very comfortable which made our stay fun. Loved the pool and deck which had a great view of the city and the mountains.

I liked the location of the hotel.

Our room was on the ninth floor and their was a unit next door under construction. They should have had that room blocked around the construction unit. We heard them in the afternoon and in the morning when they started construction again.

Yes, it was under construction which we were never told about it before booking and the phone in the room wasn¿t working, they¿re ice machine was broken and the WiFi/ Internet was not working. In top of that , the manager was very rude.
