Pros +
- This hotel is our favorite unknown gem to staycation at. It's a great location. Staff are always excellent. It's recently gone under new ownership and updates. Heated pool. Humongous hot tub... can also get rooms with jetted tubs.
- Convenient location between the airport and downtown Scottsdale
- I liked the location and the price was reasonable. The room was clean.
Cons -
- The door key pad was very broken. Need new electronic key mechanisms
- Shower curtain rod not installed correctly, so water got on the bathroom floor. Bathroom sink stopper didn't work. Dirty upholstery on the bedroom chair.
- They don?t provide many towels and the service could be better (probably lack if staff). A lot of pool chairs were broken. Food service was not available ? and having to go to the desk for pool towels is frustrating
