Everything was beautiful. Pleasant and courteous staff. Loved all the warm pools. Pools stayed open 24 hours.
I changed room as I preferred staying in the main building. Where they had elevator access.

Service was excellent! Will return and had a great stay.
Food and Drink prices were very expensive. Don’t mind paying more at upscale resort but they were exceptionally high.

Super-friendly staff. All facilities are very well maintained. Perfect place for a family vacation. Both restaurants within the resort have excellent food and service.
There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was perfect throughout our stay.

I love the location of the hotel and all of the amenities and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
Yes. The rules around social distancing and wearing masks are clearly posted but not enforced. Many times I experienced guests walking around the pool and hotel with no mask or an improperly work mask. This is not acceptable and the staff needs to fix it

Great location. Close to everything. Beautiful property. Great golf course. Great pool. Service was excellent. Bell man who took us to our room was superb. Brian at the pool was amazing. Waitress at pool was good too
We were aware the hotel was being renovated but you dont realize how much until you actual see it. If i had known how little of the facitilities were available I may have booked other accomodations.

Beautiful hotel in a great setting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area and gym terrific. Our room was very quiet. The location was near great restaurants, old town, the Giants statium, golf courses. We would definitely return.
