Treasure Island TI Las Vegas Hotel - Handwritten Collection

The location was central and the hotel was a smaller size for Las Vegas, which was easier to navigate.

Restaurant selection was minimal.

Free parking…easy entrance/exit, and easy access into hotel. Clean!!! Liked fridge in room. Bed comfortable. Would like to have had a coffee pot, though.

There was no hot water and had to take a cold shower. No wash cloths no extra tp

Breakfast was simple and convenient.

Requested a strip view room, got a window facing the strip but there was a poster over the window making is very difficult to see out the window.

We booked a room with a king bed and a strip view. We got two queen instead. Wasn’t bad but did not get told why when we checked in and we could see the strip but not what I expected from the booking information.

We were in Vegas to see Josh Groban so location was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable.

The proximity to the strip, the cleanliness and the price.

Yes, there was only one washcloth. That’s not enough for teo

Staff was not friendly or accommodating, it took over and hour just to check in. Once at the front desk to ask the person checking us in why the long line and wait she immediately got an attitude and said I could speak with a manager no empathy at all

Checkin. You need more people working the desk. You want everyone to use self checkin to eliminate employees. We tried it. Gave us wrong room type so had to go to.counter anyways. Went up to room & he had given us a new room that was also wrong.

The location to the sphere for an affordable price was key for this trip.

The bathroom was not clean when we checked in so we had to call housekeeping.

When we checked in we got assigned an unclean room. Like the people just checked out. Then they offered us a the complimentary breakfast that was already included. upgraded to a higher floor but seemed shocked that we’re upset about getting a nasty room

My husband has cancer and the room smell like smoke the door won’t shut I let them know and never showed up

Location, entertainment

check in was horrible, waited for an hour and half at self-check machine, it told me my room was not ready it was around 6:00pm. I was directed to another area (front desk inquires) where I had to make another 40-50 minutes line to talk to the person.

Nice room and great prices

The check in and check out process was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. The employees have no sense of urgency when the line is very long and people are hot.

I don't like the fact they come in room when your not here due to if you don't have a do not disturb sign on the door they can still come in your room fake clean only to steal from your bag now I'm missing $100

Gilly's restaurant

Checking in was disappointing. With a lot of people waiting,and with only 3 staff members doing their best to process everyone, it took quite some time to get processed.

Somewhat close to The Sphere

Room smelled musty & dirty. Carpet felt gross. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were not great.
