- Proximity to the Venetian for the conference
- I paid for a late check at 3:00 P.m and I could not get back in my room at 2:00 P.M. I called and the security did not come for an hour and I had to show identification. I was not happy.

- Staff was not very helpful, took me 115 minutes waiting in line to check in. Requested a late check out actually paid $60 to check out at 3pm, but the house keeping staff would knock on my door every 30 min (no kidding) to do the final clean of my room.

- Customer service is absolutely horrible! We arrived for check in around 10 and stood in line for THREE hours without anyone explaining what was going on. There were about 150 ppl also waiting

Proximity to the Venetian for the conference
