Horrible wifi and only including 2 devices made it impossible to get any work done during the trip. I had to pay an additional $15/day to have access to the horrible wifi for more than 2 devices. I had better wifi at other hotels
Parking was a huge issue. There were no places for a truck. It would not fit in the parking garage and there was NO parking available.

I was a where of paying the property $--- when checked in. I was blindside when told it was a daily charge. I look itinerary confirmation.it does not say daily.

Upgraded suite….. horrible decor, dated. Paid for late check out but keys expired early had to wait in line at front desk to fix it and all we got was a 10 dollar discount for the hassle( could you spare the ten bucks? )
Very nice and clean hotel and everything you need is there, casino, shopping, entertainment, parking, and close to many of other main attractions at a walking distance
When I checked out I dropped the card key in the box and then I had to go and ask one card again in order to get out of the parking lot. And now it seems I was charged double dip for parking, I need to clarify
the staff was unresponsive to complaints. all of our rooms were neglected. my room was not cleaned when i arrived to it. food and drinks left in the refrigerator, some previous guests hair was left so over the bathroom, makeup in the sink dirty floors.
Location.
No coffee maker in the rooms. High resort charges and staff gave differnt explanation of charges. High internet charges above two devices. Unappealing view from the room.
