- Upgraded suiteā¦.. horrible decor, dated. Paid for late check out but keys expired early had to wait in line at front desk to fix it and all we got was a 10 dollar discount for the hassle( could you spare the ten bucks? )
- the staff was unresponsive to complaints. all of our rooms were neglected. my room was not cleaned when i arrived to it. food and drinks left in the refrigerator, some previous guests hair was left so over the bathroom, makeup in the sink dirty floors.
