- The heat didn't work well,the room was cold most of the night
- No safety features in shower. Husband fell due to slick tub, no grab bars, no non-slip features, no non-slip mat in room. This information was verified by security who took pictures of the blood, also. The manager on duty refused to call an ambulance "We cannot take responsibility by calling an ambulance PER OUR NEW OWNERS"
- We chose a suite over the standard room, turned out to be just one large room with a chair. The fireplace did not work, there was mold in the shower and on the floor, carpet was fraying, dead bug behind the bathroom door and the woodwork needed painting.

The location was good, parking was fair, property was full the night we stayed there. Check in went well considering the amount of people checking in. Lobby area was very nice with a large open circular fireplace.
We chose a suite over the standard room, turned out to be just one large room with a chair. The fireplace did not work, there was mold in the shower and on the floor, carpet was fraying, dead bug behind the bathroom door and the woodwork needed painting.
