- room key did not work no ice machine valet parking 70 dollars for 1 overnight no food or bar open no room service , window looked out on a working service alley
- When I was about to check out, I was asked to pay "reservation fees" set by the Washington DC since the hotel is over 100 years. It's ---$ per night. I REALLY HATED THAT. It was ---$ for the week I stayed there. It was not mentioned before the booking.
