- I stay in hotels frequently and this is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. The breakfast buffet was also incredibly clean and well stocked and managed. Handicapped parking for my mother was right at the side door which was conveniently located and there were plenty of luggage carts in New condition. The shower head was very ample with the water- I'd like one for my house. And the complimentary in room kitchenette was phenomenal. And the staff was quick, courteous, and helpful with everything. Best hotel stay ever.
- Nothing. I was refused a room and they would not honor my reservation even though I had a receipt of my reservation and kept showing the front desk attendant, Enock. It was going on 3 in the morning, middle of nowhere mountains and I was turned away from the hotel even though I had reserved and paid for my room. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! it's a miracle I survived the night ...in my car. Imagine if I didn't have a car! I did not feel safe and had zero help or support from the front desk attendant. Also, I never got reimbursed for the roughly $300 I spent on a room that the attendant refused to give me. Will never go here again.

The location was great! Breakfast was good!
The room smelled! The maids spoke no English or could not even understand! The sofa was worn out and lumpy!
