Pros +
- Downtown location easy to get to and convenient to museums. Carmen's breakfast was very good and reasonable priced. Traxs was a comfortable bar.
- Super easy, great room, great bar
- Perfect. And it should be priced higher, but Scranton will always be a hidden Gem that NYC & Philly people will never understand and fully appreciate.
Cons -
- Room was decent but had several issues. Two lights over one bed were blown and dangling. The safe did not work and latch had to be repaired. The heater ran loud and initially did not blow hot air.
- How is this only a 3 star hotel? It should be 4-5 stars!

Excellent service -- check in was a breeze. Trax (the casual restaurant/bar) was excellent. Room service (for breakfast) was fast and delicious!
