Exhaust Fan was not working. TV was very old; Coffee machine is very old. All these should change as per market demand.

Hotel was dingy, old, located in a very questionable area, and we could not wait to leave.

Architecture, history

Yes, hair found in both beds in our room and another room of our family member.

Beautiful building and convenient location. Helpful front desk staff.

Room not well cleaned upon arrival and housekeeping staff unnecessarily moved several personal items around day two. Thin walls and loud neighbors, along with the constant noise from people on and off the elevator right outside our door.

Lovely old train station, refurbished, Very helpful, friendly staff.

no wheels on desk chairs--hard to move.

It was aesthetically pleasing, full of rich history. The housekeeping staff was very kind in giving me an extra 10 minutes to pack, as my CEO put a last-minute meeting on my calendar that morning.

Ordered $20 breakfast w/ OJ & also a pot of coffee, but got a cardboard cup. I was told that was the ?free coffee It was brushed off, not reimbursed,& judged for being in yoga pants.. I?ll be sharing this w/ the major TV network I work for

Fruit water in the lobby was a great touch, and allowed me to stay an additional night for same price

Its history and location

Had a caprese salad in the bar. The worst ever. The chese stiff and old. Received a call from the reception at 1 AM complaining about loud music from my room. I had been sleeping silently for three hours. Advice: please check before waking up guests.

The Staff. From the front desk, Frank & the rest of the gang in Trax & housekeeping, everyone was very pleasant & accommodating.

The mattress. Did not find it comfortable at all.

We loved this hotel! We randomly chose it as it was a stop on our travels, and were very pleased with the history (including some fun The Office history), the uniqueness, the decor, the location, and the staff was LOVELY.

Historic aspect

I ordered pizza and it took almost 45 to be served- bar restaurant.

The key system to enter the room didn?t work. Reprogramming the key didn?t help. Took ten minutes to enter the room each time I left.

Check in was not til 3 which messed up my work schedule and wouldn¿t let me extend check out til 12 which I¿ve never had happen

Location, lobby, and historical significance

Everything would¿ve gotten top ratings from me if it weren¿t for all the hair I found when I turned down the bed. I pulled 20-25 strands off the sheets & pillowcases which leads me to wonder if the sheets had even been changed since the previous guest!

Very friendly and it was easy check in. We had our large puppy with us and he loved it as well. I¿d definitely stay there again!

Location was great. Walk to shops restaurants etc. also walking distance to the Steamtown train National Park. Hotel was an amazing piece of history in its own it¿s own right. Good breakfast did not eat dinner so can¿t vouch for that. Friendly people .

They did a nice job of restoring a 1920's building to today's standard. Public rooms and restaurant were very attractive. However did not eat in the restaurant.

Would have liked to try the restaurant, but they did not have menu posted. Not willing to take a chance without knowing at least approximate prices.
